AJon Wright IndustriesKen Dunn was my Project Manager for my roof installation. He was so knowledgeable and respectful. He came to my house several times and always arrived on time. My work was done during the pandemic and he always wore a mask, which I greatly appreciated. He always made sure that I knew what was going on and had great follow through. I think that the workmanship was superb too. He was onsite for the entire project. i have never been in a situation where the sales person and leader of the crew were there for the entire project. I was so very pleased. AScott ExteriorsWork started in February and completed in Mar. Hold up was strictly due to all the rain we had, but they took advantage of any openings to continue to completion. The teams that worked on our house were great and Bruce and his team took all the time we needed to answer questions and responded quickly. After installation noticed a window stress fracture and it was repaired by (Pella) quickly. In June had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to flashing and it was handled without a fuss. I would recommend Scott Exteriors to anyone thinking of have work like this done. I have no complaints and will definitely use them for future projects.- John N.

AAllied Outdoor SolutionsAllied Outdoor Solutions did a fantastic job on our outdoor patio cover! They took it from a standard covered area to an extension of our home. I absolutely LOVE using the space now! Brent was our project consultant and was very thorough, professional and listened to our needs. He helped us create an additional living space where we can watch TV while grilling out and hosting family and friends. The construction crew was respectful, meticulous and quick! I was surprised each time I came home to see the drastic changes and improvements they had made in a short period of time. AScott ExteriorsLesson learned the hard way: It's almost been a year since the big storm that hit parts of the Dallas area on 6/9/19. Straight line winds hit up to 85 mph in some areas. One area hit hard was our neighborhood in Lake Highlands. As clean up began the next day, it was evident that every house on our street was going to need a new roof. The door knockers offering discounts for new roofs were out in full force. One got my neighbor and I was invited over to the conversation. The next thing you know, paperwork was signed and a new roof was completed. Fast forward almost one year later: After the rainy season this spring began, I started noticing leaks appearing on the inside of our home. Instead of going back to the 'door knocker', I called up Scott Exteriors. A local Lake Highlands roofing company. The owner, Kirk Scott showed up the next day. After examining the work that had been done, it has been determined NONE of the flashing around all of our exhaust fans on the roof had been flashed correctly. Furthermore, the gutters were not hung correctly which has already caused water damage in the form of wood rot. The next day Scott Exteriors solved all of our problems with the roof. I can not recommend Scott Exterior's enough for all of your roofing needs. Get it done right the first time, and you will save thousands down the road. AQuality Tops Roofing IncI called for my roof to be inspected, and they came out right away. After inspecting the roof, storm damage was found. They worked with my home insurance to point out hail damage, and my insurance company covered this loss. They worked promptly to fix the roof, and the quality of their work was excellent. They even inspected the work afterwards to insure that the workmanship was perfect. I would highly recommend this company.- Helen P.

After discussion of the job, we determined that his company doesn't handle it, but he was courteous, respectful, and honest. He didn't waste our time with coming out. FOwner Zach Benesch gave us the run around and never returned phone calls. We gave him a check for $4100 to start, he cashed the check right away and no work ever got done. About 3 wees later we asked for a refund. His response was it takes 2 weeks to get it back. we waited 3 weeks and finally got the check and woo and behold it bounced. we had to pay other contractor that came and completed the job with in those 2 weeks and now we are negative in our account because of his bounced check. phone calls are still being ignored as of today. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!
