  • We asked for a quote, and he responded and came out on time to quote, but then disappeared. The quoted job was $100. I texted him the photos of the gate afterward, which he asked for, and texted a follow up request asking if he was coming on the semi-scheduled f/u appointment date (rain was a possible determinant.) He never replied.

  • They did a great job. I asked for multiple quotes and got back only two quotes - and one of those quotes wasn't even for the solution we were asking for. Nelli and Jerry gave us quotes for both solutions, and did a great job with the solution we chose. Jerry was really great at keeping us informed when they were going to be here, if they were running late from another job, and with follow up. It took them about 3 hours to complete.

  • After he looked at the fence, Bryan said he would give me a quote, but to give him a little time to work it up. To us, that means 4 or 5 days. After over a week with no further contact, we found another contractor that we hired, and the work is now completed. Good thing, too, since it's been well over 2 weeks thus far, and no subsequent contact with Bryan. He must be really busy.

  • Bought an Angie List coupon AFTER speaking with the business - was later told I should NOT have purchased a coupon because the coupon does not cover 'make-ready' situations.  The receptionist told me to buy the coupon and if the house wasn't clean enough in the time covered additional hours would be billed me as needed at half the normal rate as I was a first time customer.
    We moved out of the house on October 31 - I fully admit the home was a wreck - but with painting and flooring being replaced the next week I just needed vacuuming, bathrooms, oven microwave, windows and a quick once over of surfaces.
    I was told windows are not covered - no big deal.  But shelves were still dirty in kitchen and pantry - they took a toilet seat out of my home, claiming it was too dirty to clean?!? (That toilet seat had not been used in 7 years as my mother in law had a riser seat in place).
    I ended up re-cleaning the kitchen floor, the pantry floor, the pantry shelves - dusting the tops of the kitchen cabinets, the upstairs bath and toilet, all the running boards.  It took me an hour.
    I gave the ladies my cell number and ran errands - after 2 hours I checked back in and was told they'd be working another 2 hours but would call me - an hour and a half later I returned to my unlocked home to find them gone.  
    When I complained their manager claims that their vacuum overheated so they could not finish the vacuuming (mine was in the garage with additional cleaning supplies - they used the cleaning supplies but not the vacuum). The manager stated that he did not know why the ladies did not call me, and that the ladies did more to clean my house than they should have and that next time I would need to communicate in advance that I need Deep houscleaning (The TITLE of the coupon by the way) and that I need to also communicate that it is a 'make-ready' (which I had ALSO done) and that the coupon I purchased does not cover the work I needed (Again - I asked first)
    After several phone calls we have agreed that we see things very differently and that communication problems occurred - we just disagree on which party should have communicated better.  

    When I discovered the broken stove after the cleaning, I never contacted them because of the experience I had with them when they did the cleaning job. They were so apathetic that I just let it go.

  • The technician spent TWO HOURS on the phone with the ISP and my provider for my telephone line before getting a definitive answer on precisely why my connection was lost.  He was very patient, VERY knowledgeable, and very professional.  He also told me to take the new modem I had purchased back to the retailer and get a refund.

    This is the second time a technican from Geek Squad has been to my home to render service, and both experiences have been positive.  I would recommend Geek Squad to my friends, my colleagues, and anyone else who would listen.

  • I had decided to cut the cord (cable and satellite).  I needed an HD antenna installed for local channels.  Randy gave me a quote, showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job of not only installing the equipment, but also helping me set up my TVs on the new system.  Quality of work was excellent and the price was very reasonable.   I highly recommend Randy.

  • Absolutely and completely the worst customer service experience by far. Zero communication, no proof received, printed magnet with one of our guest's home phone number and incorrect logo, distributed with out permission. A total of 6 emails sent , 5 phone calls and voice mails with no response. My manager attempted to contact the sales rep and she hung up other. Customer service finally responded to emails arguing about details of the situation and attempting to blame our company and staff. No contact or name was provided, no greeting, nothing. I have requested a refund four times and the last response I received was one sentence: "We don't give refunds even if we falsely represented your company."

  • I've used them a couple of times. It was an airport shuttle service. I would say a couple of things. The first thing is don't fill out the online form. They should call and talk to a human. We did the online thing and they had it all mixed up. Had I not called to confirm, we would have been sitting at home waiting for pick-up. The guy was waiting at the airport to pick us up. How they got confused, I don't know. They should call for your arrangements and don't do the online form. The other thing is I would highly recommend their driver. His name's Bob. The first driver we had never stopped to take a breath. He talked to us the whole time while Bob was just a pro. I would recommend that if they use the service, they should ask for Bob. I would rate the highest rating with Bob. Bob was a pro. He was on time. I couldn't say enough good about him. I think they were competitive. They called to confirm. I absolutely would use them in the future.

  • Excellent type of shredding service. Technician was professional and friendly. Worked very fast and was finished in less than 45 minutes. It is a fast, secure way to destroy documents and have peace of mind. Office help was a little lacking in that I called at 2:15 pm to see approximate time truck might arrive because I had a quick errand I needed to run...less than 30 minutes. First was put into Kelli's voice mail, had to call back and then was told Lucy would call me back immediately. No one ever called back. The next phone call was the technician calling around 4:30 pm advising that he would be arriving in 30 minutes. The technician's politeness and service made up for the office help!
