  • The tech was nice. I had the wrong parts and he didn't hook it up. Instead of having the correct parts in his truck, which is what I assumed he's have, he did nothing. He had no parts to hook up my dryer. So my question is, why did he even come? I guess to get my $100 from the fee. I was ****** and will never use sears again!!

  • The original service started out great. The technician quickly determined the problem and stated he would order the needed part and repair my fridge on Monday (this was on a Saturday). We received a call on Monday saying the part didn't come in; ok, no problem. Tuesday a different technician showed up to install the new part only to discover, the wrong part had been ordered. Mistakes happen, so no big deal. He said he would order the correct part and return the next day. Thursday we received a call saying the part hadn't come in but should be there Friday. I'm starting to get a little irritated now as it's been a week without a fridge. Friday we hear nothing. Saturday my husband calls and is told the part came in, but the technician had ordered the wrong part again! The correct part is now on backorder and won't be in for another week! Now I'm really frustrated and ask to speak to a manager. I'm told I will receive a call back. Finally, on Tuesday, my husband speaks to a supervisor and is told the technician we had been dealing with no longer works for the company and the owner will handle our repair from this point on. The supervisor did apologize, but says the part will not be in for 2 weeks!! At this point, I'm totally upset and wish we would have gone with the manufacturer repair service instead, regardless of the cost. My fridge did finally get repaired after 3 1/2 weeks and works great now. We were still charged full price for the repair. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to the experience we had.

  • He quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone, offered options for fixing it and then showed up promptly to get it done. He was very pleasant, professional, and affordable! No leaking so far and it has been several days. We will definitely use them again! Thanks!

  • Tech came and checked the gas line; he said leak coming from the gas grill and he did not fix or specified the location of the leak or which burner to be replaced or repaired and he left. He is paid for finding the the location of the leak, but left without tracing exact location of the leak which is not at all useful for his visit. I Dispute the charge. We already informed the service disatisfaction and there is no need to send the review again.

  • Elite Appliance Solutions made a next day appointment with us. Owner/proprietor Waylon Littlejohn called in advance of the appointment time and actually came out early. Diagnostic time was under an hour and repair was complete in under 1.5 hours. Found the part online for approx. $91 but didn't want to wait for shipping to change out myself.

  • Terrible!!! The man was VERY RUDE!!!
    He said let remember this is "Just a Trash compactor, its not like your losing food or anything, I will just come tomorrow"
    However I had paid someone to be there at the time we made our appointment, so I was losing Money!!
    and in the end so did he because I called a different company to come do the repair and I will tell EVERYONE I can find to NEVER use this company!!!!!

  • After reading reviews, I called the number provided and spoke to Glenn himself. Through a brief Q&A, we exchanged enough information that Glenn suspected the washing machine had a bad or worn-out pulley. He assured me he would be coming out today and would call when he was on his way. An hour later Glenn called, and half hour after he was here. After tipping back the washing machine, he confirmed that it was the pulley by showing it to me before and after he removed it. Glenn installed the new pulley, uprighted the machine, and ran it through a cycle to insure there were no further problems. Works like a charm! I have added Glenn to our list of approved vendors for our Assisted Living Community for future appliance repairs!

  • We had purchased appliances and had NTA install them for us before, so we knew they did a good job in the past.

    When our washer was failing to go into the high speed spin cycle, we called for an appointment. They were able to come within a couple days. The repairman only took a few minutes to find the problem. He said one of the main boards was falling and needed to be replaced. The cost for that would be over $400, so he said we should consider getting a new washer. The service call was $54 and he told us we could apply that amount on a replacement washer at NTA if we decided to buy one there.

    He told us we could probably get the spin to work for a while if we used a different wash cycle because it would use different parts of the board. We have been working it like that for a couple months while we watch for a good sale on another washer. So far his advice has worked out well.

  • Came on Saturday morning -- the day after we called. After making the fridge leak so he could see where the water was coming from, he found the connector between the line in the fridge to the line for the dispenser was loose. Ran the water dispenser several times to make sure it no longer leaked. It took more time to take off the panel to get to the connections than to actually fix the problem.
