Animal Removal reviews in Haltom City

OMEGA IS YOUR SECURITY FROM THE RODENT DESTROYERS The extent of our infestation took 5 months to resolve. We were a "problem home" that Omega took very seriously. They cleared-out the old insulation saturated with rat feces and urine. Patched every possible entry-way the perimeter of the home from top to bottom. If we heard a rat they scoured the structure for a crack. They trapped & removed several rodents. Monitored the attic with traps and animal cams - viewed twice weekly, once weekly, then bi-weekly. Once the coast was cleared, absolutely, they deodorized the attic and finally blew-in organic insulation. Now the attic looks like fresh fallen snow and our home is quiet. The Omega team are professional yet personable. Great to work with. They were at our home a lot and we developed a trusted bond. Note: The exclusion and insulation are tax deductible. Bonus or coincidence... we haven't seen a water bug or moth since. Grateful, -Jill W Haltom City, Texas

Excellent. The sealed up the house. Promised a full warranty if any animals returned. A few squirrels returned two years later. Omega honored their guarantee and came out and fixed the problem without charge. Turns out it was a poorly located dryer vent outside that allowed the squirrels back in. The technician was Tyler who was courteous and professional. Outstanding company. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I started hearing scratching sounds from the attic on a weekend a few weeks back.  I contacted Matt at All American Animal Removal and they came out to evaluate the situation a few days later.  They treated the attic the first day and set traps.  They returned the following day to patch up the entry points and exit areas on the roof.  They returned several more times to set traps, remove the captured rodents, and check on things.  After a little over two weeks the rodents were all out.  Once the attic was clear they treated the area again. They arrived on time every time I met them at the house.  They were professional and courteous and did everything they promised to do.  I highly recommend this company if you have unwanted guests in your attic or chimney.

They were friendly both in person and over the phone and we haven't really had any bugs, spiders, or ants since, so it went very well! We also saw a rat in the backyard a few days after the service and they came out immediately to set some bait stations and we have seen no signs of any rats since.

Dennis was fantastic. He showed up, took a minute to get to know my dogs (always appreciated) and got right to checking. He found some evidence of minor rodent activity, set some bait and advised me of how to keep our house rodent free.

The job went smooth and there were no surprises except 10 dead birds in the fire place chimney. The guys cleaned up after themselves and put things back the way they found them. Mathew Gonzales is a great guy, and very pleasant to work with.

I was stunned when they never returned my call after getting an estimate. They came out on a Thursday and gave their estimate also suggesting I contact my insurance company. They said they could start that day or possibly the next. They pushed a few issues that might've scared someone else but I knew better. I was very interested in what they were talking about doing though and had no reason to seek another estimate from someone else. I said I wanted to wait for insurance to confirm and agree before starting any work, though. After getting the estimate I called Jason to ask for a single word change that they'd forgotten -- when I first called them out I initially thought it was squirrels which arent covered but by the time they came out I discovered it was raccoons which are covered. In the meantime while I waited for the revised estimate I talked to my Adjustor and he said they would most likely agree to all things in the estimate - I was stoked because this was apparently going to be easy. I called Jason and left messages that he just needed to change that single word on the estimate so that I could forward it to my insurance agent. My voicemail said that the ins. co. was going to agree to everything most likely and probably not even require a property walk-through since they'd been out a couple months earlier when we thought it was squirrels causing the damage. Over the next 36 hours I called Jasons phone and the general office line 5 times with no response. Its been a week and still no call back. In the meantime I got a second estimate from another company. Needless to say the new company is getting my business not Critter Control. They had a slam dunk big fee practically in their hands and they didnt care enough to call back.

requested service since we thought we had a squirrel stuck in the chimney, a technician came the same day to check the chimney, determined that no squirrel or other critter was stuck in the chimney and offered to check the attic as well - no charge for this; we had previous problems with birds and squirrels getting into the chimney and then the fireplace.  we did not have the technician check the attic at this first visit.  the technician informed us that they could screen off the chimney cap to prevent entry by animals and birds.  we immediately scheduled this service for the following week with the technician that checked the chimney.  in the interim we continued to hear scratching in the chimney, on the day of the scheduled service one technician checked the attic for infestation while the other technician began the work on the "exclusion to chimney."  we did not have any critters in the attic, nesting materials were found in the top of the chimney.  we have a two story home and entry to the attic is small.  the technicians were efficient and helpful (even taking down a wasp nest).  this was a pleasant experience and would definitely use this company again.

I had called them to come and remove a live critter from my attic and unfortunately the critter died over the weekend and before they were able to come out.  Once they came they checked the attic and discovered the dead animal and removed it.  Then went back up and made sure there were no other critters up there.  They surveyed the damage and then sat down with me to explain what needed to be done.  Since this was not a planned expense but needed to be completed since I was air conditioning my attic, they have financing available and I was able to quickly get approved so the work could be started.  They came out the next day when they said they would be there and started work.  The crew leader explained everything that they would be doing.  Furniture was moved so not to be in the way and they laid down plastic to cover the floors and the wall so that the power cords and the large vacuum hoses would not damage anything.  While mots other work we being completed I was able to stay in the house and continue working.  The men were very professional and did not bother me unless they needed to explain something or my permission to do something.  When it came time to decontaminate the attic I was asked to leave for my own safety and health.  I was told it would take about an 1 1/2 hr and I returned in about 2 hrs and that portion was completed.  When they were blowing the new insulation in they covered the entrance to the attic so that it was not blow down the stairs and get into the rest of the house.  After they were completed I was walked around the house and shown what all they had done and the life time warranty was explained.  The men cleaned up everything including using a vacuum to sweep under the stairs to the attic.  When they left there was no trash or anything left in my yard.  About 2 weeks later a gentleman came out to inspect what had been done.  One spot was found not to have been sealed and with in 2 days a man was out and that spot was sealed.  I was very pleased with the speed this work was completed and with the professionalism of the men who preformed the work.  I was surprised how quickly they were able to get out for the first inspection and then extremely surprised that the other work would be done the following day.  They were at the house by 8 in the morning and gone by 4 that afternoon.  I was extremely satisfied with the entire process.  The fact that there is a lifetime warranty and the warranty is transferable if I was to sell the house was a huge plus.

I'm 68 years old and don't want to have to climb around inside my attic or on my roof.  Critter Gitter's George, and his son, came to my house the same day I called.  George's son climbed onto my roof and inspected the site of the noise, including probing it to see if the entry site allowed any critters access into my attic.  His son determined that there was no way that an animal (rat, squirrel, or otherwise) could get into the attic from that place.  He then cleared away the nesting material that he suspected was a squirrel's and came off of the roof.  George said that because all they had had to do was inspect, he'd only charge me half-price!!!  How great is that?  (BTW, a competitor had given me a telephone quote of $499 to $599 without even having come to the house to look at the situation.  Shameful.)

The couldn't have been more prompt, couldn't have been nicer, and quickly put my mind at ease when they figured out that whatever was trying to establish a nest in a small opening in the valley between my gable feature and the top of my breezeway's roof couldn't get inside of the attic!

How often do we get problems solved for $25 these days?  Not often!
