  • Shamrock gave us a good price and stuck to it. They also worked with our insurance company. They started and ended when they said they would. The roofs look great and the workmen cleaned up completely when they left. I believe that Shamrock Roofing is a very ethical company.

  • They came to the ranch house and measured for the installation of gutters. The sales person showed us different colors and gages for the gutter. We advised them that we wanted the heaviest gage 6 inch gutter in white with leaf guard. Although it took several weeks for them to get to our job due weather, they stayed in contact with us on an installation date. The installation was professionally done and price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

  • They did a thorough job prepping the slab and discussed every aspect of the job with us. However, the grout joints are larger than we requested, I wanted 1/16 inch grout joints. Roman convinced me 1/8 inch would work better, but they range from 1/8 all the way to 3/4 inch (measured), which doesn't give quite the sleek look we wanted. They put us behind on our project by not showing up when they said they would. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. There were a couple of finishing details missed, but overall the job looks nice.

  • Ingram Heating and Air came out and fixed it, he showed up after working all day and he was already busy with other folks and he put up at the end of the day, he set us in and he came out like 10 O'clock, it was still very dark and he came out and got it going for us so we didn't have to spend the night sweating, we are in central Texas. So we were very thrilled that he did that for us and then he hardly charges us anything to do it, it turned out that it was fairly simple thing but we were just tickle fish to have him do that for us.

  • Didn't show up at all for the quote.
Called the next day, gave excuses, setup another time.
Two hours after the scheduled time had passed, I called him.
He gave more excuses, setup another time for later that same day.
Two hours after that time had passed I called again.
This time he was rude and hung up on me.
Don't even bother giving this guy a chance to bid on your job.

  • The crews worked very hard and produced very high-quality work.
They showed up within half an hour of when they said they would.
We greatly appreciate their attention to detail.
These are good people and deserve to be considered for your job.

  • They signed a contract with me to complete the work in two weeks though there was a clause in the contract to allow for a few bad weather days. Their company consisted of an elderly couple and a young couple. They would only come and work on the house once every few days. They would arrive at our home at about 1 or 2 in the afternoon. The young couple would have to pick their kids up at school at 3:30. All of them would leave to go pick up the kids. They would not return to work that day. The older couple was constantly fighting and screaming curse words at each other. They used a cheap pressure washer to "prepare" the house for painting instead of scraping off the old paint. Five months later much of the paint they sprayed on the house is peeling off and looks terrible. They painted over the windows instead of taping them stating that they would "scrape the paint off later". They never did. They were hired in October of 2009 and agreed to complete the job by Nov. 2 of 2009. The biggest issue I had with them was that they would not COME TO WORK! When the weather was a little cold or rainy they would call and say that they could not work due to the weather. I agreed with that. Then whole stretches of PERFECT weather would happen for 7 to 10 days and they would not come to work at all! If they DID come to work it might be for two or three hours on one day out of a week of perfect weather. I discussed their lack of work with them and they agreed to do better. They did NOT do any better. Finally on January 15th, after they had failed to show up for even one minute of work during a perfect weather week, I told them that they were fired. The older man works as a door greeter at Wal-Mart. During casual conversation we learned that the younger man had gone to work at McDonalds and that was why they had not been coming to work on our house. They still expected me to pay them the balance of the $7100.! I felt that the $3100. that I had already already paid them was MORE than they had earned. Overall it came out to me paying them about $100 dollars an hour for the very poor work that they did on my house. I don't think they are bad people, I think that they just took on a job that was WAY out of their league.

  • Work was done on time and they did a perfect job of cleaning up. I came home from work with a brand new roof. Also did not harm my wife's rose bushes.
