Ascend Sports and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy
I broke my ankle 3 years ago and was given paper instructions to do at home from the physical therapist I went to. It didn't give me the motivation to work on strengthening my ankle. One treatmeant with Dr. Mora I could tell a difference with my ankle. He took the time to assess the reason I was having pain. He created a specific plan of care for me. Physically showed me what to do instead of a piece of paper I had to figure out on my own. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Mora if you want a personal treatment.

    Goddard, Amy
Amy and her team are wonderful... Have used them a couple of times for different issues. Amy and team know their stuff and know enough to help not hurt you or progress you to fast. I drove further to get to Amy's office in Coppell, rather than the Doc who did the surgery's PT in Southlake.... Was a cheaper co-pay (Dr. office copay was specialist rates, Amy's PT rates) and Amy has much more experience than anyone In the surgeons office PT facility. Great place. I do recommend. Goddard is an independent, small business...., has made it by being the best.

    Performance Chiropractic & Sports Medicine
As a tri-athlete himself, I was introduced to Dr. Tribendis via a presentation he gave about training for the White Rock Marathon (now Dallas Marathon). That was a few years ago. I'm sure you can easily find dozens of chiropractors within a 10 mile radius of your home, but finding one with his experience is rare. I use him as a specialist. Meaning I have a chiropractor close to my home that does my and quot;regularand quot; adjustments, but when I have an injury I visit the expert. If I lived closer, I would certainly visit him for general care as well.
He fully understands the determination and mindset of athletes. He explains his treatment plan upfront and I've never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. His staff is very friendly and welcoming. I've never had a bad experience!

I saw Dr. Reeves for over a year. Very temporary symptomatatic relief through TP injections was the best that was ever achieved. I believe he and the staff want to help. But, if your issue isn't one they treat, you just continue with a frustrating waste of time. I went through weeks of PT that seemed very 'template' set. If you have A, B and C, your exercises are 1, 2 and 3. I had 2 expensive injections under anasthesia, to no avail. And, if you aren't any better, no one from there is going to chase you down to find out. You have to be a very persistent patient to stay on their radar. I finally realized there was nothing there to help me and left the practice.

I would refer them. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with my back surgery. I had a broken vertebra. They are very good with any kind of thing doing with the back and the neck.

    Robinson, Terry M.
He is phenomenal. He is the physical therapist for the US diving team for the Olympics. I called him the other day and asked if I could bring my summer students who are in the Special Olympics. He has really got a terrific busy schedule with the Olympics. He said he would love to show them exercise to make their body strong and fit for their Olympics. He is just wonderful. I have known him for couple of years. He is second to none. I have a couple of friends who go to him. My next door neighbor has used him. He had some knee and ankle problem. I just can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Robinson. He is absolutely my favorite. He takes insurance because both times I have gone to him I do not know what I was prescribed. He told me that I did the exercises so well. He won't let me go until I follow through with the things. He pardoned me a week in both cases. He said let's just save this week.

Corey Long is great. He worked on my necka and shoulders to release the many knots that I had. The physical therapy that he prescribed strengthen the muscles. The results were amazing. The office staff is also great. I highly recommend this place for physical therapy.

I was very pleased with the treatment and the result. Becky Black was my therapist and she was nice, but effective! It was also nice that I requested that I have the same therapist every visit (which some facilities will not ensure) and they were accommodating. As a bonus, they also gave me great at-home tips using readily available items (tennis balls, soup cans, etc.) to continue my strengthening. Great job!
