    Veterans Moving America, LLC
Excellently. They called about an hour before the scheduled arrival time and showed up on time. Worked hard and were very careful with our possessions. Finished the job in less time that their estimate. I have already scheduled the same crew to come back and mover everything back into our home once remodel work is completed.

Quiver Full Inc. Moving, Delivery, and Storage
The 4 men who moved our furniture also took a sleep number bed apart for us, with no grumbling. They wrapped up cloth furniture, and took great care with the antique furniture. They were very organized about how to pack everything.

    Hawk Movers LLC
We moved August 14, 2017 and used Hawk Movers, This is the email we sent to address the issues we had with our move: To start the day, I was told even when I called in around 8am that I would get a call when they left your facility. There was no call, but they showed up around 9 which was good timing in the window frame we were given. Your employees worked quickly and efficiently when they first made it to the house and we were excited about the progress they made until they lost their steam about an hour in. We moved things from the shed and garage to just outside of the trailer doors. We also had everything except some of the bigger items (mattresses, treadmill, bookshelf) in the front living area, so it should have been a quick move anyways. The guys wouldnt communicate with us. One was on the phone for quite some time. I would ask questions about if they thought it would fit and hey, don't forget about the lawn furniture, fridge and washer/dryer. I would either be ignored or get an I know response. We thought this was rude, but passed it off as maybe they just didn't understand English very well. Towards the end, we, once again, went to remind them of the lawn furniture, fridge, washer/dryer and this time it was a hefty, I know, then the light bulb went off and they reconfigured the trailer and went straight for the lawn furniture they obviously forgot about. When it came to the last two pieces (washer/dryer), they came in to say they didn't have the tools to unhook the washer and dryer. We told them it had to go and dug around to find some of our own tools. We found needlenose pliers that ended up working. Once all of that was out, we were waiting for them to come back to say they were done and heading out. Maybe ask for directions. When we looked outside, they were leaving. Nothing was said to us. We ended up catching up to them (we think they took a longer route to the toll) and while we were behind them, they made a wrong turn and missed their exit to 121 taking PGBT which is a significantly longer route. They called to tell me they missed 121, but were stopping for somethings and going to the gas station which was fine as long as we didnt have to pay for their longer break. When they got to the house, they started working after they finished their meal in the truck. The fridge was one of the first things off. They banged it around our doorway before just setting it aside in the driveway for a couple hours. We had everything put into one room aside from mattresses and bed frames. This room was right in the doorway to the right. While they unloaded, we stood opening mail in the kitchen. I heard a whistling and turned to see them staring at me from outside. I slowly walked that way not sure what was going on. When I made it out front he just looked at me. When I said what, he simply pointed at the treadmill. I said, are you asking me if that goes inside? If so, yes, you took it from inside our house and it goes inside this house just like the fridge you parked over there in the sun. No other words were spoken to us. We had to have a neighbor sit with them for the final 15 to 20 minutes as we had to go sign papers for the other house. When we got back, we were told they couldn't turn on the water to the fridge and they both had tried. When we got home, I simply grabbed the pliers and twisted with ease. There were also onions and apples left in the fridge (which obviously had to be thrown out after sitting in the sun roasting). Onions are toxic to our three dogs and there was one on the counter and one on the floor where they obviously been really rough with the fridge, knocked them out into the floor and left them. When we starting unpacking that night and this weekend, we found so much wrong. The boxes were now stacked with light stuff on the bottom, so they had collapsed. The Rubbermaid was cracked on several containers. Our leather chairs ($150/each) had damage. Two had scrapes, but one had a hole/tear. Three out of six are damaged. We need an insurance claim form for those. This neighborhood is clean and neighbors are always watching. They let us know, your guys threw three plastic bottles into the street before they left, but we picked them up and threw them away in the trash cans your guys walked by several times. We have attached pictures for you. Overall, we were very disappointed with your employees communication skills and general manners. While dealing with you and the girl in the office, we were impressed with the company and communication. We hope to get this matter resolved in a timely fashion. While we would recommend your company, it would come with some caution about the employees that are sent out. First let me state we had them unload the truck at the new house putting everything but the beds, refrigerator, washer & dryer, in the front living room as you entered the house. Hawk Movers had our bar stools stacked to the back wall on top of each other so we didn't see the damage till the next day. All of our rubbermaid containers were stacked lightest on the bottom, heaviest on top so they we crushed and cracked. Now after dealing with Casey for 3 months and only getting I'll call you tomorrow and tomorrow never came, we are over it. He argues with us that we received the claim papers but he is never able to tell us what address he sent them to. He finally sent them Thanksgiving weekend certified and offered us 88.00 inclusive for 450.00 in bar stools that they ruined and everything else they damaged. He told me the department of motor vehicles states hes only has to pay .60 cent per pound for damaged items. The department of motor vehicles didn't move us he did. He said we signed the contract after we were moved in to the new house. First of all we didn't, the neighbor was here for us because they took forever and secondly you don't get to destroy our our property and then say we signed the contract after they did that. Casey is the nicest person when he is trying to get your money. The two guys he sent to move us acted as if they couldn't speak English they whistled and pointed at thing when they wanted to communicate with us and drug the move out for hours longer then necessary. Casey's attitude now is rude and he wants to argue about everything he also threw in my faced that I complained about his guys throwing trash in the street and it was only a few drink bottles. So because they only threw a few pieces of trash in the street in front of our house that is acceptable to him apparently. Please dont let the sweet home town sales pitch fool you when dealing with these people, remember your property is only worth sixty cents a pound when they destroy it!

    Wrightway Moving Company, LLC
This is not the first time I used Wrightway and I previously had a very good experience. This time the guy in charge was careless and didn't take time to be as careful with our items as on a previous move. It was the same person the leading both times. Recently, when I was throwing out garment boxes, I was taking out the packing paper they put in the boxes as trash and found my father's folded socks - three pair, cedar blocks, washcloths, a hankerchief and other random closet items that were tossed in with their fast food trash.

They were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to effect a streamlined move. The team was prompt and attentive, and very professional and courteous. Have used Wrightway ~4 times for moves now and will definitely move again as needed.

    Big Daddys Moving LLC
Everything went okay. There were a couple of pieces of furniture that were a bit damaged, so I feel they could have been a little more careful. The job got done, but I feel more precautions could have been taken.

    A Better Way To Move
The movers arrived on time and were very efficient in their work. They were careful, attentive, and flexible in allowing me to work in my office for most of the move day before taking the desk away. They packed everything extremely well, were very self-sufficient in pack and load, and did a wonderful job moving our gear from house to house. They also provided ~15 garment boxes for us to move our clothes from closet to box and back when we moved, saving us a bunch of money on garment boxes and time on pack/unpack for clothes. Crew chief Carlos was very communicative and the 3-person team did the job in just over 8 hours. Will definitely use again if moving; it's hard to find good movers, and A Better move did a great job.

    Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics
It went very poorly. The load out was very good in Azel TX. T he delivery was delayed by almost a week, the driver showed up with his girlfriend and 1 other worker, he refused to cover the floor. He was rude arrogant, obnoxious, and stupid, I do not even know if his girlfriend was licence, when he first showed up he said he had a bad arm and hoped nothing was too heavy. He had my front facing washer and he had it turned to the back, I asked him to turn it around and he threw his hands up and and glared at me and walked a way. It took me an extra 2 weeks to get my furniture, and he refused to put the furniture together, and he said he was not responsible, and I had another crew they said the original driver was suppose to do it. Which I informed them Christopher was not allowed on my property. I have broken pictures, plates, knickknacks, and a gouge on a cherry dining table leaf. He said it was wrapped, I watched him take it out, and it was not wrapped it threw a blanket over it, not knowing that I saw it. It's too bad he was this way, I would have given them 5 stars by the way it went out, but now would only give 1 star.

The crew was great they came in and got to work right away. Moved so quick we were not sure what items they were taking. Moved us in hooked up the washer and dryer. They were able to tell me where they left certain items when asked. Great company will use again.

Very friendly, very efficient. They even wrapped everything for storage and made sure I was satisfied with everything at the end. I would hire again and will be recommending to friends and family and anyone in need of movers.
