AHome Front RenovationsEverything about the process was easy, helpful and stress free. The owner, Michael, was the first person we met and he walked us through the entire process. Since this was our first project ever, we had lots of questions which he patiently and honestly answered. Jenn helped with the design and again, patience and information was delivered as we decided on the looks for our bathroom remodel. Mark, Sergio and Jay were our team and they were friendly, professional, punctual, easy to talk to and most importantly did amazing work. ANew Bath Technologies LLCMary was very helpful when it came to redesigning my hallway bathroom. She had a no-pressure approach and was extremely patient with all my indecisiveness. She helped me narrow down my choices until I was comfortable with my decisions. Robert and Michael came out to demo the bathroom. I was impressed how they kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up each evening before they left. They were super friendly and hard working. A few days later Lenny came out with the most beautiful custom cabinetry. I was so happy with the progress at this point, I called Mary and told her I was ready to re-design the master bath too. Robert did a fantastic job installing the showers and vanity tops. I recognized then that Robert was not a contractor, but rather a craftsman who takes great pride in his work. Robert made sure things were done right. I was extremely happy with Mary and Robert’s service and the final product that I highly recommend them to anyone who plans to remodel a bathroom!- Debby & Greg R.

AHome Front RenovationsProject was done to work with our schedule which was very helpful. Home Front team was responsive and took care of any items that came up without delay. They assist to solve any problems and Roman was great. He did almost out entire remodel and had worked on our previous remodel of kitchen and master bath. We highly recommend Roman. He was punctual, hard working, stayed on schedule and cleaned up daily before leaving. Home Front team did a very nice job for us again. ANew Bath Technologies LLCWe needed to update the kitchen. Included were: Kitchen and Breakfast nook flooring Replace tile counter tops with quartz Replace backsplash paint Pull out old original 18" electric oven that didn't work and replace it with an appliance garage Add extra door to deep cabinet so I can get to it. Tim and crew were great. After being burnt by another contractor, we were very careful this time on doing due diligence. We emphasized that while delays can happen, there is no excuse for lack of communication. Tim did a great job of keeping us informed. We did have one week long delay from the painters but that can happen. There were some quality issues with the tile but Tim saw to it that all was resolved and the kitchen looks great.- Kyle P.

ABlue Ribbon Roofing LLCAll went well. Roof was installed in one day. Looks great. All debris was removed from the yard. Also had inside drywall repair and painting work done. The painters did a great job. Blue Ribbon roofing was easy to work with. They were responsive to calls and texts and kept us up to date on progress. I would use them again if I need more roof work in the future.- S H.

AWhats Next Remodeling LLCLIFE SAVER! Alan is a blessing. We JUST finished a kitchen & laundry remodel with Alan and his team literally 3 weeks prior to the winter storm hitting in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area (you can see my wife, Kasi's review). Unfortunately, we had multiple pipes burst due to them freezing. Our kitchen and upstairs bathroom flooded & I mean FLOODED. My wife and I felt a panic like we've never felt before. Not sure of who to call, my wife called Alan for a suggestion. Alan showed up within the HOUR to help! I can't tell you how thankful we were to have him. He didn't do it to attract more business. He knew that we were struggling and offered to help. He and his team braved the dangerous roads, came over during their off time and fixed the pipes, dried the floors and cabinets and resealed the walls! We are MILES ahead of the many unfortunate people who had to deal with the weather simply because Alan cares about you and your family. If you don't have a family or all you care about is timing of a project? Great. He is prompt and on the spot when it comes to longevity of projects. We know we're in good hands whenever he steps into our home. HIRE HIM.- Griffin M.

FWhat irresponsible unprofessional people. I suffer from stage 3 cancer and needed the house painted before i started my other round of chemotherapy. I contacted them they committed to a day/time/price. I kept on reaching out to them on thumbtack and text messages and got no respond on confirmation. At 5:20 pm I received a call from them and I missed it as I was feeding my baby. I called them back at 5:54 and they said because I didn’t pick up they booked another higher paying job. They are completely unprofessional inconsiderate. DO NOT HIRE THEM. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED UNRELIABLE!!! AFTER I posted his review on Thumbtack which was where I originally tried hiring him from the man had the audacity to tell me that the bad review I just made will harm me and will only do more bad to my cancer cells and me getting mad is what is causing me to get sicker. These PEOPLE ARE MONSTERS. Also note every single time they receive a low star rating they only reply with excuses and denials and no responsability for their actions. Also note on all websites the low rating reviews % they have is very high.Upset people take the time to comment for a reason. DO NOT HIRE THEM. You can for the same price and quality service get someone else to do a job for you. P.S; im latina and they are latinos I wouldn’t be writing this complaint if I wasn’t being 100% accurate and sincere. We speak the same language there were no miscommunications. AUsing 360 painting was the best choice I ever made. I have an office that I am redecorating that has very high ceilings and the color was a deep red. Needless to say this was not a project that I would not endeavor myself. Sharon came over to my house took pictures, measured and gave me great and needed advice. Her team came over promptly at 830am and completed my room in 2 days! They even repaired dry wall and fixed 2 interior doors that had a lot of wear and tear from my dogs. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and everyone was professional. I didn’t have to clean up anything. I plan on using them again and look forward to working with them again.
