Everyone that has cleaned our home has done a very thorough job. Ginger and her staff have been responsive to any special needs we have had. I have also used them several times to do extra cleaning or specific jobs like cleaning baseboards. I also like that management periodically calls or emails me to check on employee performance. FI bought a chandelier from Lamps Plus and they told me that this is the only app that they use so I had to use them for the installation. Originally I was impressed that I put in the request and they sent someone out right away, however the installer cancelled within one minute of arriving at my house. I stayed home and waited for him for hours. Handy didn't even call me to tell me that he cancelled at the last minute. I wish I could say that was the last time that happened. It wasn't. They sent five more 'professionals' to my house. Most of them didn't show up, or came without even as much as a ladder, after specifically writing in the instructions that scaffolding was needed. The 6th professional that they sent was fantastic, but it shouldn't take 6 tries. Handy was unapologetic, but they did refund me my money. Lamps Plus said the were getting multiple complaints from other customers and were now considering different installers. If you have any kind of complicated job I would hire someone, really anyone, else.

CThis was my first time using Sanitize Pros services. Amy answered the questions I had prior to the cleaning, arrived on time, and followed CDC mask guidelines. I did not know beds and dishes were not a service they offered but Amy worked with me on the dishes. The restrooms were cleaned but they were dusty, the shower was cleaned but there were still strands of hair in the drain. The floors were swept but the dinning room table wasn't wiped clean. The clothes were hung but the remainder of the hangers were left on the bed. Dishes were washed but some had residue--Amy notified me about a dish and I understood-but there were several others that could have been soaked a little longer--perhaps because dish washing isn't a service provided? After reading online I realized I was seeking a deep cleaning service--next time I will ask for a detailed list of services that are not provided. I would have gladly tipped more than the 32% I gave (before I saw the results), if they would have gone above and beyond--and would have payed for the deep cleaning amount. But sadly the cleaning was below average.
