    The painting was done well except for missing around an outlet. Unfortunately, they installed this wainscoting and the outlet no longer sits flush against the wall because the it hits the hole (see pic). The trim was installed very poorly requiring a lot of putty in the seams (example pic attached) and poor quality materials were chosen for trimming an exterior door. He claimed they were going to sand and fill and router the trim (at $50 an hour instead of buying good material) but they had already primed it as you can see in the pic. The work was being done hourly and slowly. The to-do list was lost so workers were ���guessing��� what needed to be done for a couple days. A plumbing access in the laundry was mudded over but other spots that were actually to be fixed in bathroom ceiling not touched. I included a pic of one ceiling area that was ���repaired��� We paid this contractor for the work that had been done so far and asked them to leave. They had a very good rating on here which is why we hired him, so maybe this is not their normal quality work but I wouldn���t hire him again.

    We had a very similar experience as another individual that provided a review. The plumber recommended by the contractor was excellent. Curtis from Plumbtastic was professional and did a great job. The superintendent named Spencer that worked for the contractor did a very poor job. For example, he was supervising the installation of our granite countertops, and the holes for the faucet were drilled incorrectly because he gave the wrong direction to the installers. Then, it took weeks to get the granite replaced. We had antique brass door knobs that disappeared and the contractor claimed we had talked about replacing them, so we had to buy all new door hardware in addition the the contractor���s bid. We also had to install the new hardware after the doors were painted. The contractor didn���t clean up, the quality of the work was sloppy and unsatisfactory, and for the most part they didn���t care. We later learned that the grout was not finished under the refrigerator. We had new tile installed in one of the bathroom showers and the grout was unsatisfactory, looked terrible and was cracked and chipping all over as well as sloppily and unevenly smeared all over the tile. We tried to get Spencer to fix it, however he told us that was all he could do. We tried to communicate with Steven that we were unhappy, particularly with Spencer and his work. Steven continued to send him back to try to fix it. At the end of the project we were exhausted from dealing with Spencer. Not only did the tile/grout look terrible, but we discovered a leak that was caused because they used grout rather than caulk around the bathtub. We had one of the bathtubs refinished, but it was done poorly. We just recently hired Greater DFW Porcelain Refinishers, they repaired the leak, removed the cracked grout, refinished the tub and now it looks brand new. As another reviewer mentioned, Steven wasn���t concerned about problems we expressed about the job and didn���t make any effort to resolve the issues despite our requests. I would not recommend this company.

    It took them over 6 weeks and four visits to repair my hot tub. First they sent a fellow out that finally decided he couldn't fix it after replacing and blowing two fuses. The company charged me $253.71 which I protested because tub was still not working. They next sent a repairman out who couldn't repair it but thought the flow pump was bad. A week later he returned and replaced the pump with a large two speed pump that blew the fuses again and the spa pack still wouldn't heat and the pack shorted out while he was working on it. He decided to replace the Spa Pack. A week later he returned with a new spa pack that kept blowing the fuses again and didn't work so he decided that the flow pump was too large. He took both the new spa pack and the new pump back to the shop to test them. About 10 days later he showed up with the spa pack and a different pump motor. After installation the hot tub started to heat so he left. Two days later I discovered that the tub was not heating again. I called and the repairman came out and did some adjustments and it has worked (so far) for a week. The company wanted to charge me $2,274.42 which included $760.00 in labor charges. I again protested the labor charge because I shouldn't pay for the company repeatedly sending someone out who really didn't know what to do and just kept trying things. We finally agreed on a reduced bill and I reluctantly paid the bill. If you want to use these folks, get the total cost first before you agree to have them work on anything. It was a mess and totally non-professional.

    They completed the job in one day.  The windows are very high quality.   Our electric bill went to $150/month from $250/month average.  I would highly recommend this company.  Very professional service.

    Mower was scheduled to be picked up on 7/15/15, but driver called on 7/13 and said he was coming to pick it up. Not necessarily a bad thing but still off schedule. My son had just used the mower about 2 days before and was going to go over the yard again but the blades did not engage. The belt had come off. I assumed HD would do the repair at my home, but instead they pick it up and take it to a certified repair center. OK I guess. The driver said call in about a week if the mower was not back. They do NOT give a ticket stub when picking up mowers, only a business card. Not really OK but... It was almost 2 weeks when I called the 1st time. The woman I spoke with had no clue but she finally found my paperwork. She started naming off a bunch of things the mower "needed" like new belt, blades, fuel filter, etc (NONE of which are covered under warranty btw). I asked if she was sure she was looking at the right paperwork because my mower is practically brand new and shouldn't need any of those repairs, all it needed was the belt put back on. She said she would check and call me back. She never called! Couple days later I called back and she said that is what the tech found and that is what it needed. I again insisted that it did not need all of those things done to it as it had only been used a handfull of times since it was bought. Again she said she would call me back, but never did. I spoke with HD. I emailed Sartins and asked for detailed list  of repairs and cost. NO REPLY! So cpl days later I called again and asked to speak to the owner. The woman said she got the email, but just hadn't had a chance to reply. I told her nevermind, just send my mower back to me. She then tells me that there is a $75 diagnostic fee! There was no mention of this before I asked for my mower to be returned. I spoke with the female owner and explained everything to her. She wasn't any help, and said I should speak to her husband. Later that day, he called. I explained the situation again. He said that they had called me and were just WAITING for me to authorize the work to be done. I heard the woman in the background LIE to the owner because she NEVER called me, I ALWAYS had to call them! He DEMANDED that I pay the $75+ diagnostic fee. I informed him that HD said that was covered, and that I had not asked for a diagnostic anyway, I only wanted the belt put back on. He got very flippant with me, said it was NOT covered and that I was NOT getting my mower back unless I paid the $80 and HUNG UP ON ME!! I again called HD and they again told me it WAS COVERED. HD contacted him and he called and left a message on my answering machine at 7:49 AM! I emailed him that I am home most always and any time would be fine to return the mower. After several days he emailed me back on 8/7/15 saying it would be Mon or Tues (8/10-11) and they would contact me for return. I have NOT heard from them since. I called and there was NO ANSWER. HD called and NO ANSWER. So Mon will be 5.. yes 5 (FIVE) weeks that they have had my mower!! But he mentioned in his msg that he went ahead and used the diagnostic fee that WAS covered to go ahead and replace the BURNED BELT and CHIPPED BLADES! FYI...they told HD that my mower has 14 hours on it. Update: 8/20/15 mower FINALLY returned. The deck is caked up with grass and mud! It left here CLEAN, I spent an hour washing it myself. If I had engaged the blades with all that muck piled up around the belt guess what would happen?

    The job went great.  They had to order the unit which took a couple of days, because they had to get one to fit in an older model trailer home. The install was completed in one day and they were very professional and the price was fair.

    Fantastic! Everyone back East thought we were crazy to start such a hige project from 1500 miles away. Mr. Bass sent us updates through e-mails and photos every step of the way. We and quot;tried him outand quot; on some smaller projects necessary to start the new construction to check his reliability-the fencing, well, septic and site plan efforts went well and on time.
    We then gave him a draft of what we were looking for in a house and he made some constructive suggestions and together modified our original draft.
    We had no experience with new construction so we were taking a leap of faith but very happy with our results.
    It was nice dealing with a contractor that returned calls and addressed the homeowners concerns during the process. I can share some photos but was not clear how to insert them in this format.

    They are very good, and I highly recommend them. The owner is very professional and their services are reasonably priced. We are also going to have them put in all the flowerbeds when we rework them.

    This plumber showed a complete lack of professionalism, left my clogged drain clogged so that he could work on other customer's problem, demanded cash, and then charged $300 for NOT fixing the problem. I felt that this plumber ripped me off.
