    Jack's can out immediately to access the situation. There was some confusion because this was a rental property and they did not fill me in on the work necessary to properly fix it. I had a bit of a shock when I received the bill for the work because it was not communicated to me at the time.

    There was more than just a leak from the water connection. It turned out to be more involved than I anticipated. Somewhere, our communications were not clear and the repairs were more costly than I expected. I paid the bill but next time will make sure I am not faced with some sticker shock before proceeding with repairs.

    Our washing machine was leaking and I called mark's for repair. He called back promptly and scheduled an appointment that same day. He asked some questions over the phone to make sure I had checked the obvious and thus save a service call. I had done those but found it refreshing that someone would try to resolve it over the phone.

    He arrived on time and it took approximately an hour. He checked various things after pulling off the top and determined that the situation was most likely the basket being off center causing water to leak down the side of the basket. He adjusted the levels and the problem was resolved.

    I was impressed with his knowledge, but the most impressive thing was his honesty and desire to be fair. He had no desire to make as money off of me as possible. Rather he wanted to make sure that the problem was fixed as reasonably as possible. He seems to prefer repeat business instead of trying to make as much as possible from each service call.

    I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

    One of the most poorly managed companies I've ever dealt with. Customer service and quality of work was terrible. The work was done under an extended warranty (i.e. already paid for). They are understaffed so it takes over a week just to get an appointment. No incentive to improve since they've already been paid.  They refuse to schedule a time of day for repairs, you have to plan for "anytime between 8 and 5".



    The 1st tech came and said he couldn't do the repair because the part he had on the truck had been dropped several times and was no good. Took over a week to get a new part, another week to schedule the 2nd tech. He got the machine working. After about 2 weeks it stopped. Another week to get the 3rd tech out. He came and replaced a circuit board. Worked for about 2 hours then quit. Had a party in 2 days and they refused to make any special arrangement to have someone come out. Management has absolutely no pride in the quality of their work or respect for their customers.

    Mark was punctual, professional, and provided VERY knowledgeable service. This is the only appliance repair service anyone would ever need. My dryer was fixed in less than an hour and will probably run for another 21 years. Mark not only repairs your appliance, he explains what went wrong and why from his 30 years of experience

    Everything went really fine. He was very courteous, was here on time and he was very honest about whether this would be a permanent fix or worth a try if it didn't fix it then better junk it because you could buy a better one that's cheaper, I appreciate him being honest.

    I contacted the company for service and took the first open oppointment which was 12/24/12.  The repairman arrived on-time and was friendly and courteous.  He had one part on his truck but did not expect the motor to need replacing and stated the motor would have to be ordered.  He gave me an estimate of the cost and gave me a date of when the part would be in and he could return.  On 1/2/13  the repairman returned as scheduled and completed the repair job.

    I contacted them about repair to my Bosch washing machine on a Wednesday and gave them my address which is Granbury.  They said they would be at my house on Thursday.  I made special arrangements with my work so that I could be at home that day.  On Wednesday, they contacted me again to confirm what the problem was with the machine.  Thirty minutes later they call back to say the parts supplier did not have the part and it would be Friday or Monday before they had the part.  They added that they would come to my home that day to further "diagnose" the problem.  They called again thirty minutes later and stated "You live in Granbury!  We can't come to Granbury simply to "diagnose" a problem."  I told them to call me when they had the part. 
    They never called and when I called them, they simply took my name and number and never call back.  Very unprofessional and rude.  I will never call or recommend them.
