  • Called and no answer. He called back immediately. Drove over to the business and within half hour had the speaker part replaced and didn't have to send my phone in and be without it for 2 or 3 days.

  • I have been using Dish Network for over 5 years for television service.  I subscribe to the everything package with them and feel the prices are way to high.  I do have problems receiving service when it rains.  We have had problems in the past with them showing up for appointments when we have called them.  I allow them to automatically charge my credit card every month for billing purposes.

  • On a whim and no iphone repair centers near by ( I.E. Apple Retail Stores) I went to another generic cell phone repair shop in Longview and within minutes was treated so rudely that I sought out another source. As I drove away I remembered a business that i passed twice a day on the way to and from work that had a lighted scrolling sign that simply stated " Iphone Repair " . I went there not expecting much in the way of freindly customer service after my previous attempt with the aforementioned experience and boy was I not prepared for the wounderful experience that I was walking into . I was greeted immediately by a gentleman by the name of Ethan Langley. Do not forget this name because he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet in Longview . He was very attentive and genuinely interested in my daughters iphone which I had bought used and experiencing unknown problems with and told me he would gladly help me figure out and correct . This iphone was a birthday gift two days before and she was crushed when it became totally unresponsive and simply not working correctly . Mr. Langley seemed genuinely interested in my problem and assured me he would do his best to identify and fix the problem .  BOY DID HE EVER !!!  All he asked of me was a few days patience and he would do his best to find the problem and repair it . Even to the point of using his time at his home until the problem was fixed . He could have simply replaced the part that I told him that I thought was the problem but he did not replace it because he tried new versions of the same part and determined that was not the problem. He eventually fixed the problem ( software issue) and in the end did not charge me a penny because as he said , " I didn't do much in the way of repair ! "  I insisted that he let me pay him something but he refused to let me. I hope I will never need his services again but if I do I will not hesitate to call him again and continue to spread his companies name to anyone who will listen. By the way since he would not accept payment I grabbed a handful of his business cards and promised to hand them out to anyone who is having iphone issues . I can't promise he will not charge you for his service but I can promise you he is honest and trustworthy and very conscientious about his business and his customers . He left me feeling like I had just made a new friend .

  • I contacted this company wanting to order a specialty birthday cake for my child's 8th birthday party. She told me to contact her ASAP, when I contacted her she asked what I wanted done, even though I sent her a picture of the cake I wanted made. She agreed and said that it would be $259 and some change, I agreed and she told me to give her my credit card number. She charged me the day I called even though I wouldn't be picking up the cake for another four days. I emailed her again that night asking if I could change the design of the cake and she agreed but said she would do the different cake for the same price. I asked her why the cake was so expensive and she replied stating that all the sugar work and detail made it that much. Plus the cake served 60 people. I went and picked the cake up on the day it was ready and noticed some things were done alright but as far as detail there was really no effort put into the detail of the cake. There was a lot of things missing compared to the picture I sent. There was supposed to be lettering for my daughters name and the lettering put on there was very thin and not tasty at all. We got the cake in the car and the top part-which had a cookie on top- was already wobbling. I thought it would stay in place but as we approached a yield sign and took off again (going maybe 10 miles an hour) the top part cookie toppled over and broke off. Then I noticed how the top part of the cake was sunken in. I tried calling the cake lady back and called 4 times and no answer, called her cell phone and no answer. She finally called me back and I told her about the incident, she said if the cookie didn't break then i can just prop it back up on the cake. I told her I was not happy about this because paying that much for a cake I expect better quality then that. It should have been constructed better so there wasn't any problems.I could overlook that but then we cut into the cake and it was smothered with icing, about 3 inches worth of icing was under the fondant then finally got to the cake. It was not a very good cake. The cake was not very moist and the fondant was really sweet and not really good at all. I will never use this cake shop again, it is NOT worth the money. I could have done a better job for over 75% less. I wanted my daughter to have a creative cake that I wouldn't have been able to do!

  • In their own words, this was the biggest "find" they ever had. They agreed on what they were to haul off. The guys came every day for about a week, getting all they could sell first. My Dad, who has had numerous heart attacks and a stroke even helped them all he could. They have promised for three weeks to get the rest of the stuff (things they can't sell, but agreed to haul off), but they always have an excuse or just don't show up. If You make an agreement with these guys, make sure they get the unsellable first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
