The whole trial process I went through went so well! You schedule your first class and show up 30 minutes early to get a tour of the studio, talk about your health goals, and pick out some awesome gloves! Then class starts and for the first 15 minutes you do a warm up, followed by stretching, and then you get down to kickboxing. I never thought this would be the exercise for me, but I am addicted! I've been motivated to go to every class and so excited to continue to go that I even paid for a full membership for a year! Try it out. This class is addicting, the instructors are motivating and encouraging, and they give you the right tools you need to make sure you are one, doing the exercise right, two doing it so you won't get hurt, and three, having fun!

The metabolic test shows me the calories I'm burning each day and at what heartrates my body is most efficient, so I can adjust my eating and exercise in line with the plan. I've started to manage my calorie intake in relation with what I burn each day. I shop smarter at the grocery store and eat better. I think the FBT team really cares about my success, and would make a good fit for anyone wanting the tools, to help along the way, to a healthier life.

They are just fine. They have a good leader for us. They have good substitutes. You feel like you have a reasonable, good work out. They have Bridge groups, they have card groups. All kinds of stuff there that we don't participate in.

They are really good. They have a really nice pool. They have a good price. They have good staff. They are really flexible with stuff. You have a senior discount when you don't have to be really old. The staff is really friendly. They work hard to do a good job. The only bad thing is that they are not open every Sunday.

You have to be recommended by your primary physician. You go through an interview process to make sure the program is appropriate and will be beneficial for you. I weigh in every week. They follow me very closely. I saw a nutritionist first and we discussed what I should eat. I purchase the food from them and I provide one meal on my own, based on what the nutritionist says it should consist of. I physically go to the facility every week because they want me to use the same scale all the time. Once a month when I weigh in I actually see the physician's assistant and we review the blood work. When you do the program they almost make you pledge that you will exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day and they tell you what that will consist of. I have a log where I write that I did my exercise and that I ate the appropriate food and drank the appropriate liquids. If you have a special event coming up like a trip or a party, they will talk to you and decide how you're going to handle that. It's a wonderful program and the people are fantastic. Because my weight is a health issue, my insurance covers it. All I pay is my copay and I pay for my food. It is probably $150 less or half the amount to do the Scott and White program than to do another well-known program. I am doing even better than I expected. I've been on the program just over a month and I have lost 25 pounds. I can bend over and tie my shoes and I can exercise longer. I feel better about myself. If there were a grade better than an A, I would give it to them.

There's 2 of them in the Sunset Community and are run by the owner.  They have pools and exercise equipment.  The homeowners dues pay for it, but you have to pay extra for classes. You can get a personal trainer, do free weights or weight machines, take individual or group classes, go to the inside or outside pool, or go to the inside exercise track.  I would recommend it to a family or friend, give them the highest ratings, and will go there again in the future.
