• Provider name locked. spent about 30 minutes on the phone  with me, walking through some diagnostic steps, but ended up sending a technician. The technician arrived mid-day and quickly concluded that the pump protection device was blown.  He made sure the pump worked (and it did), and the next business day an estimate for a replacement came in by email.  It was over the same day; installation took 30 minutes.  Price was very reasonable.  We couldn't be more satisfied.

• Things went well once they came. The challenge in VT is that Provider name locked. serves the whole state and offers specialized services so if you need them quick it can be a challenge to get them. That said, though we waited a couple days, they did accurately diagnose our problem and were able to fix it successfully on the first and only visit. We know that we have an additional repair in our future as a result of this visit, but now we can save for it. The repair is holding so far and we are pleased. The bill was very reasonable.
