    Studio City Design Build
It went superb. Tim and his crew went above and beyond our expectations, even working on things for us that were not in the original contract with very little added cost that we asked him to do. The company's workers and the owner is very meticulous. Very professional and I don't think we could have found a better contractor. Pricing was also very competitive.

    DFW Home Insulation
Everything went very well--no surprises at all. Quote visit was on time and very professional. Arrival was on time and went very well and thorough job. Very good personnel to work with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for insulation work and/or other related items such as replacing wind turbines at the same time or bathroom exhaust vents.

    Floyd's Construction & Painting, Inc
It is wonderful. The weather caused a number of issues but they came on a Saturday and got it done. Scott, the owner is a pleasure to work with and his crews are hand picked. Both of the men that did the work were very mannerly and respectful. Scott was here a couple of times to follow up. We had no issues.

    Energy Attic
It was a great experience from start to finish, with no surprises or additional costs. I had a great conversation with Somer and she set up an appointment for Bradley to come to my home. He is a great consultant. We toured my home, I expressed my concerns, he explained my options, and we decided on a course of action. It was scheduled to be a two day project, but it was completed in one day, because Paco was able to get a second crew, due to another job being postponed. Paco is as good as advertised. He is extremely polite, a great technician, and treated my home like it was his own. His crew protected the flooring and cleaned up after the job was completed. They arrived at 8am, and left at 7pm. Since the project was completed, I've noticed that the temperature throughout the house appears to be constant, unlike before, when I had hot and cold areas. The project involved removal of the old insulation, install radiant barrier, apply 18" of new insulation, installation of two solar fans, an attic stairway tent, replace 9 soffits and install 11 new ones to increase ventilation. They also applied new insulation and a whirlybird to my detached garage. Again, this was supposed to be a two day project. Randy came to see how things were going, and I received a call from Gus (Operations Manager) as well. The attic looks awesome and feels cool. Bradley came the following day to ensure that everything went well and that I was satisfied. I appreciate the level of attention provided, and the care the crews took in cleaning up afterwards. I consider this project to be a great investment, which will provide many years of comfort, and increase my home's energy efficiency throughout the seasons. I am confident that the future energy savings will eventually pay for this one time project.

    Super Siding & Remodeling
After speaking with Ken Tola of Super Siding multiple times, I agreed to have them put new fiber cement siding on my house and garage. They were also going to re-roof the garage and paint both structures as well. They removed the old siding and felt paper on the first day and began putting up 1/2" foam board on the exposed framing. The foam was not taped at the seams and the cuts were very ragged wth large gaps at the top. Ken said this would act as the weather barrier. I felt quite uncomfortable with this so I called the manufacturer of the foam board to see if it could be used as a weather barrier. They said DO NOT USE their product that way as it will not prevent water from getting to the framing and wall insulation. Since a proper approved weather barrier was listed in the contract, I asked that house wrap be used in conjunction with the foam board. On day 2, they hastily put up a low quality wrap on 2 sides of the house. This was cut poorly with large gaps at the top, no taping of the seams and very few fasteners unevenly spaced. They began putting up the first course of siding by starting about 4 feet up the wall, and not at the bottom! They did not want to install the corner and window trim before putting up the siding as is recommended by Hardie, the maker of the siding and trim products. I asked that they put up the trim pieces first and Ken reluctantly agreed to do so. The crew had only been working about 30 minutes when Ken returned and told me he wanted half of the money now. Our contract stated that payment was to be rendered upon full completion of the project. When I pointed this out he simply said " fine, we're leaving. They packed up the tools and materials and abandoned the project leaving me with no siding on my house and garage. It is now exposed to the elements and I am seeking an honest and professional company to come out and clean up Super Siding's mistakes and get the project completed. I have never dealt with such a disreputable company before and would greatly caution anyone thinking of hiring them. They quote a very competitive price, but their performance is substandard and Ken will breach the contract without hesitation. Please don't let yourself be the next victim of Ken Tola and Super Sinding.

The Right Choice Heating & Air Inc
It went extremely well. Ryan and Daniel checked out the old unit thoroughly. They determined that it was old and inefficient enough that it needed to be replaced before it failed during the intense heat of a Texas summer. They used an Oncor incentive plan which cut the cost for is. They determined that our old system was too small for the size of our home. Their calculations showed that we needed a 3.5 ton unit. The technicians, Salvador, Brad, and Antonio did a great job with all phases of the installation. We are very satisfied with the entire job.

    GreenLeaf Roofing
GreenLeaf Roofing explained all the options to me so that I could make an informed decision about my roof. The slope of my roof was was well below grade due to some shoddy contractor work previously and was allowing water to pool on my roof near my chimney. GreenLeaf offered several options for remedying the situation and they worked with my homeowner's insurance to handle the contractor paperwork that they required. They also got my interior flooring that had been affected by water damage replaced and I couldn't be happier with how it looks now. I got a great price from GreenLeaf and they were quick to get my new roof put on and made sure to impact my day-to-day routine as little as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get roof work done! (Before and After images made by me.)

Everything went very smooth. Fast scheduling. We called them to add more insulation to our home. The house feels a lot more comfortable and cool. Everyone was easy to talk to and knew what they were doing.

I realized that my insulation in my house was very low, especially from the cable guys and whoever that was running the wires in the attic. I called QHI and they said they will do a free attic inspection so I couldn't say no to something I need. They came on time and had all the materials with them to start the job if I said yes. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. My house feels a lot more comfortable during the hot peak hours of Texas. My AC doesn't turn on as much and my electricity bill also was a lot lower then the previous months!! Ask them about the Energy Efficiency Program to help pay for the service.

Replaced with a new roof after a hail storm. Very fast and easy process. Also added a patio cover with the money we saved! The city of Garland had a Energy Saver Program so we got discounted on the insulation and weatherization. Garland gave us incentives for 3 months after the work was performed with the help of these guys. Paid less then $50 for three month for our utility bill! Don't forget to ask them about programs that is offered in your city.
