    I began renovations on an investment property, and in the middle of renovation realized that the drywall might contain asbestos. I immediately stopped my crew so that we could determine if anyone was as risk. I dropped off a sample at about 9:30 am and said whatever he could do would be appreciated because I had a crew sitting around. He originally said he could get me results by the next day, but he decided to go ahead and take the sample over to the lab for testing and by 11:30 I had my results. Talk about exceeding expectations. I would absolutely use them again, they were awesome.

    My house flood a few days after closing.   Pulling up the floors was pretty straightforward and I was more than comfortable tackling that project by myself.  Opening up the walls and mold remediation weren't things I wanted to dive into based on internet research and YouTube videos.  I saw that Culley Enviro had numerous positives reviews and had a deal going.
    Culley called back pretty quickly (same day)  after I purchased the deal (especially important for a scenario where mold might be present).  We set up an appointment and they provided me with some information and steps that I could take so that I would get the most out of the assessment.
     On the date of the appointment,  Bob was at the door at the beginning of the appointment window.  Another company had missed their morning appointment window, and their tech was literally standing next to Bob when I opened the door.  Bob was patient and accommodating as I got the second tech started.
    We did a thorough walk through of the house.  We discussed where the likely problem areas were,  how high to make the cut-line in the Sheetrock,  different methods/products for killing mold/spores, and PPE for contaminated debris removal.  We also discussed the scope of the project and the point at which professional remediation would be recommended.  I had a lot of questions, and Bob answered them all directly and to my satisfaction.   The thing that struck me about the appointment was that Bob was providing information as opposed to just selling various services.  We discussed the next steps and he encouraged me to give him a call if /when I had questions.
    As I got into the project, I did have follow up questions.  I snapped some pictures with my phone and texted them to Bob.  Again,  the response was quick and my questions were fully answered.
    If I ever have mold issues again,  this is the company I will contact for service.  I'd also be comfortable recommending this company to family/friends.

    We noticed our master bedroom baseboard had some mold on it. The carpet under the night stand was damp as well. Our master bath shower is on the other side of this wall. At the time I was not a member of Angie's List, so I called my insurance agent and he gave me the name of PuroClean in Frisco. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and alleviated my fears. Blake came out to the house the next day to give us an estimate. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing. We had some other areas in the house we thought we might be having a problem and he agreed to look at them as well. Once he did his thorough evaluation he gave us a written estimate and explained the charges line by line. He said to feel free to get additional estimates and give them a call once we made our decision. Because our insurance agent recommended them and I had checked them out with BBB I didn?t need another estimate. I was so impressed with his professionalism and pleasantly surprised by the pricing that I asked him how soon they could start. They started the next day. Again, Blake explained step by step what they were going to do and what we should expect. We were relieved to learn that we had caught this early on and didn't have that much damage. With my husband's allergies we wanted to make sure this was done properly. They found the source of the leak in the shower. They removed the portion of the baseboard & carpet in the bedroom and removed the tile in the shower. They disposed of all the contaminated material. They were extremely thorough and left the areas neat & clean. Blake always called prior to coming out and was prompt & courteous. They treated the areas of mold and set up their equipment to dry everything out. Blake explained they would come back in a couple of days to check the progress; once everything was dry they would sand down the studs and seal the wood. Blake offered to give me the name of several contractors, he even suggested I use Angie?s list to find a contractor to replace our shower. Blake and PuroClean made an unpleasant experience ? finding mold -- into a more pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them!

    my husband and i were lucky enough to find a honest and reliable company,  our ten months baby was suffering from  environment allergies and we decided to  clean the air ducts at home, we called to  three diferente companies and all of them were traying to sell us services that we did not need it, one of them would scare me saying we have a very bad kind of mold.
    finaly i found advanta clean throuhg home advisor, they did the job for us, mold remediation and  duc clean.
    the owner of the company went to my house for a estimated, from the fisrt moment we realized that we were dealing with profesional and honest people.
    yes HONESTY is pricesless!  they  never trayed to sell somenthing extra or we did not need. his price was far.
    Bryan Bennett the owner did the best for us!  they used an organic solution to remove the mold in conideration that our son is sensitive to chemicals and has allegies, actually he got that organic solution to protect  the health of my soon. they took especial interest in protect our family from the mold  working efficienly and always answer all our questios and concerns.
    in our opinion this company work with honesty and profesionalisms always friendly and taking care of us.we highly recommend this company and definitely will use their service in future. thanks so much advanta clean for your honesty and such good work.

    They returned the analysis and I am proceeding to act on it, I am quite happy with their work. They told me how to get the sample, and then they emailed the results to me. This was a very economical way for me to find out what kind of mold I had in my AC unit, once I knew that, I was able to find out if I was allergic to any of them. I had been dealing with an allergy doctor and this was a way of getting information that was economical.

    Jim Bauer, the owner answered my Friday night 9pm call and spent almost an hour compassionately assuring me our water mold problem could be abated in full. He even returned my 11pm call with one more question. His team sent exceeded all our expectations on a job professionally well done. I highly recommend PuroClean!!!

    My husband was the one that dealt with this and said they were very professional and did a great job. They were running late due to a car issue. Overall, he said they handled the job to his satisfaction. He does not love having to deal with this type of issue so him being satisfied is telling.

    I was disappointed with responsiveness and answers. The issue I have is that the testimonies and advertising on Angie's List refer to Inspection, Testing and Remediation of which inspection & testing is what I needed. I sent an e-mail on line on Friday, called a few hours later (still during working hours) and left a message with what I perceived to be a message service.  I received a phone call about 24 hours after my initial email contact and about 18 hours after my phone message.  It is not that this is terrible response it is just much slower than anticipated by reading the testimonies.
    I was informed politely that Texas has strict guidelines for Mold inspections, testing, and remediation so I would have to contact a company that does the inspection & testing. So I called who he recommended and (of course) had to leave a message.
    Well if you are in the market to buy a house today you know that if it is a good one it will not last long, waiting a day can be the difference in getting or loosing the house you want.
    All in all it is not that Puroclean did anything wrong, I just want others to know that INSPECTION & TESTING is not one of their offerings and speedy replies are considered to be within 24 hours (by their measure).  If I need a remediation of Mold I will call them for a quote based on the testimonies on Angie's List..
    Just a thought on a customer service level... If a company remediates, do you think they would have to inspect the house to provide an accurate estimate?

    The Rejuvenators advertised low priced air-duct cleaning in my local neighborhood coupons,
    approximately $65 for a typical house (at the time of initial service March 2007). The salesman
    who came was pushy and told me I have a serious mold problem he found by looking inside my ducts.
    He did not tell me all the options the company has available and sold me a rather expensive mold
    contract for $700+tax, which includes 4 years mold warranty. He also wrote on my receipt that I
    may call every 6 months for a mold warranty checkup during the 4 years, but this did not happen
    at all.

    After many calls and promises to come back, The Rejuvenators never showed up for my warranty checks.
    There was one scheduled visit in June 2009 which I could not be present for due to a DEATH IN FAMILY
    (My Father passed away). I had communicated clearly to The Rejuvenators that I would not be available
    for this appointment and asked them to reschedule me for the next available appointment. This never
    happened as explained below with attachments.

    The numbers of the items below correspond to the numbers of the attachments included here.

    1) First attachment is the contract I signed showing price paid and "4 year warranty mold" and states I
    can call every six months for my mold warranty retreatment. The salesman wrote his name and phone
    number on my receipt, but of course he no longer works there.

    Note: The web address shown at the bottom of my receipt is the main Arizona office:
    www.rejuvenatorsaz.com which is still current today and also shows the same phone number
    as shown on my receipt from 4 years ago (866-494-3828).

    2) My letter dated 12/9/2010 asking for my mold check and explains nobody contacted me the last two
    years. But nobody responded.

    3) My Fax dated 2/16/2011 to Ms. Susie Chadrom who seemed helpful and took my calls.

    4) This email from Ms. Chadrom dated 2/21/2011 shows she was eager to help me and forwarded my complaint
    to the company president. It states that she would like to schedule a visit for Sanitizer, mildew and
    mold control covered by my warranty. She further explains that these chemicals are costly at $682.00
    per treatment without my warranty. She also states there will be a $55 service charge not covered by
    my warranty, although this is not mentioned on my original receipt. Regardless of this fee, I proceeded
    to get this scheduled.

    Note that she never mentions any cleaning fee to clean the ducts and only mentions the
    chemical treatment.

    5) This email from Ms. Chadrom dated 3/8/2011 shows she has me scheduled for a visit on March 10, 2011
    for the work she promised in the last email shown above.

    OUTCOME OF March 10, 2011 Service Call

    The visit scheduled for 3/10/2011 was a waste of time, as the technician who came did not even know what
    he was sent there for. The Rejuvenators had sub-contracted this service call to another company
    "Take Air" to come over and do my mold warranty work. The technician who showed up started quoting me
    prices for cleaning only, like $75.00. I asked if he knows why he was sent, but he did not know he
    was supposed to do mold treatment as explained in Ms. Chadrom's email. Just to be clear, he was
    supposed to spray $682.00 worth of chemicals as was promised by The Rejuvenators in Ms. Chadrom's email
    shown above. I told him I will consider the duct cleaning AFTER he agrees to mold treatment, as the mold
    treatment is main reason why he was sent, as that's what my contract was for and why I paid $700 for this.

    After I communicated this to the technician, he called his supervisor to discuss the mold treatment.
    After that, he was told to leave my house without doing anything.

    After that, I called and emailed The Rejuvenators, but they ignored all my calls and cut off all
    contact with me.

    6) This receipt is to show I had no problem paying for DUCT CLEANING, just 11 days after the technician
    sent by The Rejuvenators refused to treat for mold and left my house without doing anything.
    Now that The Rejuvenators no longer talks to me, I called another company "Climate Doctors" to do
    my duct cleaning and mold treatment They said my ducts were very clean to begin with, but I had
    them clean them and spray for mold, all for a grand total of $210.00 on 3/21/2011.

    I was very pleased with this company I chose to do my cleaning and mold control, but very upset with
    The Rejuvenators for not performing the contract work I had paid them for.

    7) This PDF is a recent BBB response from The Rejuvenators to my recent Phoenix BBB complaint #8740365.

    There are some false statements in their response which I will address as follows:

    A) In the first paragraph he/she states:

    "At the point of our visit in 2009, this would have been the fourth and final application because
    he admitted to having a technician out every six months since March 2007".

    This is seriously false. If I had admitted to having a technician out every six months making this
    the final visit, then why would I be calling them for four years; filing a BBB complaint; and taking
    all this time to file complaints? Furthermore, after all I had just explained, how can they
    possible claim I got three warranty visits out of them already when I'm fighting them for the
    past 4 years ?

    B) In the second paragraph he/she states:

    "Mr. David had scheduled an appointment for June 29, 2009...Mr. David was a "no-show" when we arrived
    at his home...".

    Yes, this is correct, but as I explained above, I was out of town for a death in the family, and had
    been contacting them ever since to reschedule a new appointment. And why would they come to my door
    after I made it clear that I will be out of town for a family emergency?

    C) In the second paragraph he/she also states they sent someone in March 2011 and wrote:
    "It had been four years since his original air duct cleaning and the technician recommended it be done
    prior to reapplying the mold treatment. Mr. David declined and the technician stated it would be
    useless to treat dirty air ducts... Mr. David did not comply.".

    This is seriously false. As explained above in item 5, the technician refused to do any mold treatment
    and only wanted to do a cleaning. I had no problem paying for a cleaning as I did later that month when
    I called another company to come out, as explained in item 6 above, with receipt showing I paid them for
    duct cleaning & mold treatment.

    Furthermore:

    i) This was set up by Ms. Chadrom as shown in her email in item 4 above. What happened to the
    "$55 service fee" the technician was supposed to charge for service call not covered by contract?
    Ms. Chadrom's email also does not mention any cleaning required. Being a sensible person, I do know
    cleaning is not covered by my MOLD contract, and would have considered paying for that before my
    mold treatment. But I was not given that option. The technician was only sent for DUCT CLEANING,
    NOT MOLD, and ran off after he told his supervisor he was supposed to do mold treatment.

    ii) As stated in Ms. Chadrom's email in item 4 above, the cost of the chemicals is $682.00. Is it
    safe to assume that by getting out of my contract and refusing to do my mold treatment,
    The Rejuvenators has just saved themselves $682.00 ?

    D) In the second page, he/she talks about the new company owner not being responsible for my contract.
    This makes no sense as my contract has their main Arizona office in the web address at the bottom,
    and they still use the exact same phone number listed on my contract. Searching on 866-494-3828,
    pulls up both the Houston and Arizona offices. Also, the web address on my contract matches the web
    address in their BBB response: www.rejuvenatorsaz.com which is still current today. This website
    also has the same phone number shown on my original receipt. So why wouldn't I expect my contract to
    be valid after the owner changed, but kept the same phone and web address?

    Regardless of whether the new owner is responsible for my contract from previous owner, the new owner
    still promised to honor my contract for mold warranty as explained in his/her BBB response as
    "a gesture of good faith". This never happened, and the only failure on my part was not being present
    in 2009 due to family emergency. Other than that, I constantly called them; wrote letter, Fax, emails...
    and nothing was ever done to all this time. They did attempt to resolve this on this year's visit
    (March 10, 2011), but again: The Technician refused to do mold treatment regardless of whether I paid
    for duct cleaning, and was told to leave my house.
