    His turn around service was what one major cell provider was but he was much closer to me and a tad cheaper. Another local cell repair service had to send my cell phone off for repairs and would take days and more expensive. I was very pleased with the service I received. He delivered exactly what he promised. Would highly recommend this business.

    I can not be happier with my experience with Cut the Cord Now! I have been needing to reduce my expenses and should have done this earlier! I had been wanting to get rid of my high satellite subscription. After my bill went up, yet again, and not getting relief from my provider, I saw Bert's segment on KHOU and on Facebook. I was taken by his knowledge of services. I messaged him asking his opinion on what I needed to do. He was responsive, asked questions as to what I wanted and VERY knowledgeable about equipment that would provided me with the channels I liked for free as well as services that would provided me with extras at a MUCH lower price. What a BLESSING! He also helped me reduce my phone bill by transferring my landline to an internet (VoIP) service thus reducing that bill as well! Bert and William came to my house to install the equipment and set up my services, both are very professional and nice as can be! Bert continues to answer questions that I have.     They were not able to come for just over a week. When they did come, the job went well. They were late arriving, but they showed up and did the job. The shutter works, so I am satisfied with the work. As far as the price, I feel it was high, but they were the only ones who came out, so I have nothing to compare it to.

    Juan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He actually had to customize a bracket for my purposes. He was instrumental in directing the contractor for Comcast regarding how to run cable to areas in my house (where previous installers failed). Overall, I was pleased with the job and the cost, since it was an all-day project.

    Clayton Dillard came out himself and looked over everything. He was on time and very kind. Told me I would hear back from him within the week for an estimate. Not only did I never hear back but he has never returned any of my calls or messages I have sent him. Very unprofessional and I would not want anyone else wasting their time waiting around for a response from him. Would NOT recommend to anyone and have told all my neighbors about this issue. Here on Tiki Island word travels fast!

    Late. Had to return because some of the blinds were mis- measured, had to re make some. then the first year, problems with blinds. They were no help, no customer service at all.... We had to buy the parts to replace to have working blinds again..... They could care less about their customers. Have spoken to other customers who said the same thing and would never use them again. They bank on the fact there on the Island, the problem is they have burned a lot of people. We bought two more houses on the island and needed Blinds on one and solar screens on the other. We used another company who cares about and help their customers. I would never recommend Aramco

    Working with Mary and Mark at Your Signature Resume has been such an incredible experience. The have exceeded all of my expectations in terms of their responsiveness and quality. I thought I already had a pretty strong resume before contacting them, but Mark took over and created an extraordinary resume for me. He is such an incredible talent!!     Bright��Lights had a 10% discount coupon on Angie?s List for lights installed before��November 7th. ��Sarah came out��on October 1st and gave me an estimate of $2403.15.�� I decided to go with that estimate and asked��about the 10% discount.�� She said she��forgot to put the $120 power pack in the estimate and so she would not charge��me for it and they would make up for the remainder.�� The bill, including the power pack and less the��sales tax came to $2340.�� I think that is��a 10% discount of $234, not $120.�� When I��asked about this, they requested that I send them their coupon code, which is��no longer on Angie?s List.�� I have��enlisted Angie?s List for help.�� I feel��like I will be scammed out of the remainder of my discount.
    They��installed the lights before November 7th and here we are at November��30th and the lights still have problems.�� They have not come out to set up the timer��for the lights, more lights are falling off my house, one of the wreaths is not��working and there are glue drops on my kitchen windows which is not a pretty��site from inside the house.
    From the Service and Installation Details sheet: "Bright-Lights will make weekly checks on all illumination and repair any damage or outages throughout the Holiday Season." ��They have not adhered by that promise and��I am very��disappointed with this company.

    The first major concern was the coupon issue. This has since been resolved. However, there are now further complications. This company when taking down my lights has damaged electrical outlets and plugs. It appears maybe something was stuck in there and pried out. Also, I still have glue on my windows and stairs from when they hung the decorations. I would like to be fixed. Also, this company has taken the lights from me which I purchased they just help put up.

    They showed up right on store opening and loaded up quickly and were able to get it to Galveston w/in the hour.  The only extra charge over the coupon (I got a daily special for $170.00) was a $65.00 trip charge.
    The sectional arrived in the store packaging, was setup in no time flat and they placed the old couch in the driveway which was picked up by a neighbor later that day.  They did not leave trash and did exactly as they advertised.
    .All in all was a glitch-less experience that went exactly as described.  Will definitely use again.
