    Dr. Neumann is simply great at what he does. He always is ready to listen to any concerns or issues that I have, and takes the time to explain everything I need to know. The office staff is very helpful, and they have an on-site blood draw, so no need to go to a lab. I LOVE that they do the blood draw the week before your exam (easy drop in process) so that you and the doctor can review the results together. My wife and daughter are now seeing Kelly at the same location (Olympus Family Medicine) for any of their health needs

    Dr. Michael Khair
    There was a wait, but the service was worth the wait. I would never consider going to another orthopedic surgeon for my knees other than Dr. Michael Khair. He and his colleagues at the Carrell Clinic are simply the best in the Dallas area. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

    Dr. Sam Woolbert
    I had the stress (treadmill) test and the echo cardiogram. I did not have to wait for results, but was told within minutes that I had nothing to worry about.  
    I told Dr Woolbert about a recent day where things got very stressful and for about 5 seconds, I was afraid I might be having a heart attack and he said if I ever have another of those spells to call the office and tell them to tell "Sam" about it.  This man has an amazing bedside manner.  You can tell he is very concerned about you and he is going to spend all the time you need with you.
    He draws little pictures to better explain the heart and how it works.  I am so thankful I found him and want to keep my foot in the door with him so will go back for my annual checkup.
    If YOU ever need a great heart doctor, do your best to get Dr.  Woolbert.  I would even trust him with my amazing grandchildren.

    The appointment started on schedule, the staff was friendly and excellent, staff and Dr Washburn performed a thorough physical. Very professional. There was a issue with the blood test and the office followed up quickly to resolve the issue.

    Sat on examination table for 45 minutes past my appointment time.  I was beginning to think everyone had gone home.  Assistant came in after a long time to say doctor was running late.

    He spent approx. 10 minutes, if that, with me.  If felt like he had one hand on the doorknob most of the time.

    He seemed knowledgeable, but it's hard to judge since it was only a minor concern.

    Office used incorrect code when billing my insurance.

    Office did not call with test results; I eventually called them.

    Will not be back.

    They are good. I don't have any concerns. They are very friendly and the main thing is the ease of getting an appointment. They are able to accommodate me pretty quick even if I call them at the last minute.

    I was very pleased with his service.   Everyone seems to be interested and concerned about the well being of the patient.  I was very pleased with the work of Dr. Dixon and sets time going over everything to be sure that nothing was left undone which I appreciated.

    Dr. Paul Salinas, MD
    Dr. Salinas and his staff are very professional and good at their job.  However, I will say that the difference between a good physical and a great one is the way they communicate.  At this, Dr. Salinas and most of his staff are very poor.  Two examples:
    1) They gave us a packet with two pages that had the prep for the surgery.  They only went over the top page saying, "here's what you need to do the day of the surgery".  We took it home and put it aside thinking everything was good.  What we didn't realize was that the second page had things that needed to be done leading up to the two week deadline such as gathering old health records.  We had to scramble last minute to get that for them because it wasn't made clear.
    2) My wife's surgery was split over two days.  On the second day, they brought her down at 9 in the morning for a surgery that was supposed to be at 10.  About every hour, a member of the surgical team would come in and say "we're almost ready, maybe another 30 minutes".  About 2pm this was getting old.  I went to the nurse and asked what the delay was.  She talked to her boss, who then talked to the Head of Nursing.  It turned out that Dr. Salinas had gone back to his office for a conference call!  No word to us, no instructions for pain management for my wife who had already undergone a surgery the day before.  It was terrible.  We didn't need much - just someone to instruct the staff to make sure my wife was fine with her pain.  As it was, the surgery didn't start taking place until almost 4pm.  
    I really hope Dr. Salinas and his team learn to do better at communication.

    I have been seeing him for 8 years. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He is very in depth about finding what the problem is. He is very prompt. He has a friendly staff and a nice office. It is a bit difficult to schedule because he is a busy doctor. The wait time is about 1 month.
