    DFW Improved
DFW Improved is fantastic! Class act people, professional company, and high quality work! They worked closely with me to design an updated bathroom and the finished product came out even better than imagined.

    Cotes Mechanical
I was connected with this company through my home warranty company. They were extremely responsive in performing the service call and provided me with options for repair. I ultimately chose to replace the units. They provided me with several pricing options for replacing the units and we're very informative as to these options. Installation was timely and clean and the crew was very careful in the house.

    Green Attics
Russell, with Green Attics, was great - he was very knowledgeable?and honest.? He came out to conduct an?energy audit on my 19-year old home.?After explaining the written results, I decided to contract them to?install a new air duct and insulation.?The technicians were on time, professional, kept me informed as to what?was being done, and cleaned up before they left.?? It's been a couple of months since they?installed the insulation and I've already seen a savings in my energy bill -?definitely money well spent.? I would?highly recommend Green Attics to anyone.

    Climate Doctors
Provider was very professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of energy efficiency. It seemed that the assessment was honest and professional with no pressure to pursue their product.  He checked the HVAC units, AC registers, attic insulation, exterior walk around and windows.  Provided some simple inexpensive improvements to improve energy.  Details were provided for research for the other more expensive options for energy efficiency and all were reasonably priced.

The Right Choice Heating & Air Inc
First, let me say that every person that we have talked to there has been nice. Then it was all down hill from there. We needed a complete system replacement. They came out and replaced the outside unit, furnace, etc. Immediately after they left, something wasnt right. It was working properly. They came back out and said they fixed the problem. But they didnt. They came back out again and said that because we have a damper system, the system they installed is not compatible and therefore, wont work right so "we will just leave the dampers open.." That is a problem when you have a two story house in Texas in the Summer. It would be 85 upstairs and 74 downstairs and the system would not turn on because it was tied into the downstairs thermostat.
I called to get them back out to fix it and they tried to charge me an addition $2200 (I already paid $14,000) because they said I was asking for additional services. I tried to explain that I already paid enough money and I expect to have a working HVAC system. They did not agree, so we went back and forth before they finally came out and "fixed" the problem.. again. It worked for a while.
Then we noticed a stain on our ceiling in our livingroom (right below the attic where the HVAC system is located. I went up to the attic and noticed a leak coming from the unit which was dripping into the insulation and to the sheetrock. They came out and said that the installer never put in a key part that keeps the condensation from spilling out.
Everything was fine for a while, until last night. We noticed more stains on our ceiling plus a large drip. The stains were going along the beams, almost the entire length of the ceiling. We called them back out and they said that there were two more leaks in the system and those have now been fixed. But we now have damp sheetrock and insulation and soon, mold.
I am hoping that they will be out, along with a water damage/restoration company to repair all the damage that has been done to our house.

UPDATE: They came out and painted over the stains that the water damage left. We hired a mold inspector to come out and make sure there wasnt any mold present. Again, Everyone who I talked to at The Right Choice Heating and Air has been nothing but nice and professional. We have just been disappointed in the quality of installation and having to call them out to fix numerous problem. I am hoping and assuming our situation is a fluke occurrence with this company.

UPDATE #2: I wanted to wait until the weather got cold enough to have the heat function of the system kick on to make sure that worked. But it did not work properly. We had someone out (which they were very kind and were out to our house immediately) to fix the problem. Again it was with the way it was installed. The whole system works fine now. A very frustrating experience but at least they were very kind and caring during the 9 month process of getting the system to work properly.

UPDATE #3 Just when we thought everything was in working order, I happened to go in the attic this afternoon and found another leak coming from the unit.  I have no words. I really hope that they don't have this many issues with all the systems that they install. I am hoping we are just the "lucky" ones and this is a fluke. We have needed at least 10 visits from repair men from this company since March 2015.

    EB Broussard Remodeling
The overall job with Bobby, Elsa, and their team went very well.  I spent quite a bit of time researching, documenting and specifying the requirements for the job ahead of time with the goal of ensuring there would be no misunderstanding and also to enable the project to be complete as quickly as possible.  Bobby was very patient in listening to what we wanted to do on this job and offered advice during the planning.  During the planning period, he even reached out to the company that produced much of the sound proofing materials to ensure the products he planned to use were the correct ones for the job.  When the team arrived to start the job, they spent ample time covering much of house with plastic and prepping the job.  Ahead of this (and would definitely recommend it for anyone doing an interior remodel) we took the time to literally cover and seal every piece of furniture, cabinet, picture, etc with plastic.  It took my wife and I 3 days to do this ahead of time and eliminated virtually all the dust from entering these areas upon clean up.

The team was very quick in installing the subfloor and ensuring it was more than adequate to pass code.  They worked on the double separated walls, rear room riser, and door frame all the while adjusting and tweaking as I requested.  Then the electrical was run including an additional required subpanel as well as HVAC to the new downstairs family room ceiling.  Sound proofing wall insulation (Roxul AFB) was installed in the walls and subfloor and then the Quietrock sheetrock with texturing and painting to follow.  Bobby's team also installed Roxul Comfort batt insulation above the home theater to provide R value as well as sound proofing.  Finally we had Bobby create a subtle entrance to the home theater that blended with the rest of the house.  The finished result is top notch and blends seamlessly with the rest of the house and during the entire job, the entire team did a great job of keeping the site clean as possible.

Bobby was great to work with during the whole job and really help work with me to ensure the room was built as we had envisioned and of the quality found in our neighborhood.  He was reasonable with his quote which included the main structural build.  Essentially this included everything except the extensive woodwork for the theater screen, columns, and rear cabinetry (Chandler Cabinets produced all of those), staining of all woodwork, carpet purchase and install, specialty lights on the columns, door hardware, and all home theater wiring and equipment.

I would definitely recommend Bobby for any remodel you plan to do - large or small.  He's great to work with and definitely wants to do the best job possible.

They were awesome and they are professional. They worked respectively and cleaned up after themselves. They educated us on the benefits and how to look to see if the product is working. They also did a seal on the attic entry too. They were thorough and the overall experience is that if you are looking for this product, I would highly recommend to go with this company. They are cost efficient and we have seen a cost reduction our electric bill.

    Dimensional Contracting
Service tech communicated very well. Though my appointment was scheduled for 12pm-1pm, he called me at 11am to let me know that he was going to be coming by closer to 2pm. I told him no problem. He said he was going to call me when they were leaving the other house and he did. They came over, went to work and was very communicative throughout the time they were at our house. The tech was very detailed with what he did. Right before the crew left, he told me what to expect from the radiant barrier. He thanked us for our letting them to service us. Overall, a superb experience. Definitely would use again and definitely would recommend to family and friends.
