    Absolute Inspections LLC
We recently purchased a new construction home and I was contemplating if I should spend the extra money to do a home inspection since my home had pass all of the city inspections. I just want to say that Im glad that I did because Kevin was very thorough and uncovered multiple problems. Not only does he uses the lasted techniques and tools, he was very professional and his reports made it easy to understand all of the issues. I highly recommend Kevin for anyone needed a home inspection who offers great customer service and a fast turnaround time.

Excellent. Kevin is very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't think we needed to do an inspection since the home had just been built but decided it was a good idea even if it was just for peace of mind. Kevin found a few major issues, including a shower wall that was wet behind the tiles in the bathroom and missing vents in one of the attics. He also found a dozen or so more minor issues that would have caused problems in the longer term. It was definitely worth every penny and we truly appreciated all the insight Kevin provided.

Kris did our inspection and went over everything with my wife. This being our first house he described everything that needed attention so we could go to the builder to correct. Also, left us with a checklist on what to keep maintained. Will advise Viking Inspections to all of my friends who are in the market to buy or sell.

It was great. They did a lot of good work for me. Hopefully I will be able to extend the work that needs to be done in my house. The windows didn't need any work. The only thing that I was surprised about (as part of their package); they didn't do the threshold ceiling, which to me was the most important part, because that is where the cold air comes in during the winter. For me to have that done would've been $225 on top of their price which I thought was pretty extreme for taking the doors off and putting them back on. I held back on that and told them I would think about it. You can buy the threshold door piece for about $8-9, and it's just taking the old door off and putting the new one on. That was the only thing I didn't like about the package. Everything else was great.

The recommendations they gave me for what I needed to do to the house I am still considering and haven't gotten done yet. He called me to make the appointment, then called while on the way to tell me he was going to go to lunch. I think that should've been accounted for.

I must have misread the deal about the door sealing because I thought it included the threshold, but it didn't. I was very surprised about that.

    My Home Inspector, LLC
Due to Larry's 40 years of construction experience, his eagle eye quickly noticed that the garage cement was not poured appropriately to let water drain out of the garage. The good news is that does not affect my home, but the point is his attention to detail. Larry was able to give me tips on how to improve the home as if I was a home flipper. Specifically, what would improve the home without bringing a return on the investment. He gave confidence that my older home was a solid home that was well taken care of and was a healthy home from an inspection standpoint. His report was very detailed, but greatly encouraging that established confidence that when I do sell my home the next buyer will be very pleased. I highly recommend Larry and his My Home Inspector company.

This is the 2nd time I've used Absolute Inspections and both times it has been a pleasure. Kevin is friendly, professional and takes the time to explain the process and the building codes where needed. This inspection was done prior to close and the construction manager for the builder went out of his way to comment on how much he liked Kevin and the report provided as it helped ensure the home would pass the city inspections and receive the certificate of occupancy on schedule. I highly recommend using Absolute Inspections for your new build or 12 month inspections.

    Kissee Inspection Services
Great! They contacted me ahead of time to confirm the appointment. When I arrived at the house the inspector was just wrapping up, as anticipated. He spent about 40 minutes going through the complete report and all his findings. Extremely thorough.

Ideal. We got Mike as our home inspector, and could not have found anyone better. He was extremely detailed to explain essential repair issues with plumbing, roof, and electrical. No matter how big or how small, he found them well. Further Mike, provided a "heads up" on age of HVAC systems and expended life spans. Even better, he discovered the house water heater was under sized at 40 gallons for a 3 bath house. While this water heater was functional, it was great to know before buying the house that we would run out of hot water. All this allows us to budget ahead of time, rather than after we move in. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.

Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control
This is a great company. They do an excellent job. We've even seen Alex featured on TV as an industry expert! We pay Safe Pro for a regularly scheduled quarterly service and then on several occasions have called them out for special services like securing all the exterior openings around our home so little critters can't sneak in.

I have been using Brandon for inspection for the past 3 homes that I have bought. He does an excellent job inspecting all aspects of the house and putting in the details. He is flexible with Timing and gets the job done within the time frame I want it to be done. I have been able to negotiate the price down in all the 3 houses that he had inspected until now, by pointing out to the findings that he puts in the reports.
