    The driver, Roderick, was great. Called to let me know his ETA, met us where we planned and took great care with my car. He was the nicest guy and delivered as arranged with a smile. The process was quite easy and no stress. Ely at United Freight was very responsive to all my questions and always returned calls & emails. Would highly recommend this transport company.

    BRAKES PLUS
    Brought car in for some service work prior to my son leaving for college. His check engine light was on. We were told it was either a $20 fix or an expensive fix. Brakes Plus determined it was the expensive fix. Light never went off brought it back in, they changed some part which I can only assume was the $20 part and the light reset. At this point my husband said the brakes were leaking and to have them check the brakes. My son was told Brakes were fine and car passed inspection. The following week he leaves for college and is in an accident because his brakes failed! We had the vehicle towed and the service station could not believe the vehicle passed inspection the week before. The brake line was fed incorrectly which also ruined the CV joint and we were informed the tires were completely bald. If you are looking for a station that will pass anything this station is for you but if you want to make sure your vehicle is safe stay away!

    They didn’t charge me anything, because I have Audi care. They really didn’t know what they were doing.  No sense of making sure they were doing things the right way, or letting the owners know what was going on. Very unprofessional.

    I have to wait a long time. I know the last time I was there, I ended up sitting there for about 2 and a half hours. That was way to long. I don't know what happened. There are responsive over the phone. I wasn't a walk in. I had an appointment. We didn't go back. My husband does the oil changes mostly, but personally, I would find another place because I don't want to attempt to go through sitting in the waiting room for a long time. I came in contact with probably 1 person. The person who greets you at the service place. He is like your service liaison and then he is the one that drives up the car and tells you. I don't know if they went to lunch or what.

    After an hour, I called back and was told "I'm sorry. They will call you right back." It's now 7 days later and no call. It's unbelievable and I've never experienced this poor callbacks in my life. I never right bad reviews but be aware of their A rating here. I have a feeling thy use an answering service and make up this whole "dispatcher" reply

    They are an "A" all the way through. They have done all of my work since 2013. They have been very good. I plan on using them again. The staff keeps me coming back. They recommend things for the car and are really high on pressure. I usually wait for the service, and they are pretty punctual about getting it done in that time span.

    I don't think they are the cheapest but they are convenient. I get in there and get out and sometimes for 10 bucks it's not worth the hassle. I was in and out in less than a hour. I use them all the time.

    Scheduled service online. Technician was on time, courteous and helpful. I made a mistake and selected wrong product online so he had to go pick up other stock. Was very gracious about the mixup. Overall everything was superb except for the product. The glass has distortion at the sides where the glass curves to meet frame. Not horrible but definitely lower quality than OEM. However for price difference can't complain too much but would definitely recommend checking other products at similar price points. Would still recommend since it was such a smooth process.

    There was no cost. I don't want to use them again but I have to because they are my dealership. It took 2 -3 days for the work to be completed. The workers are nice. They could do what the customer asks them to do. I have been using them for about 4 years.

    The process went perfectly. Let's start with the salesperson, Ben. He was very helpful. We talked about the different options. Looked at my truck, made recommendations on how they would install the unit. Went as far as showed me how the unit was installed in the manager's vehicle. I did not have the opportunity to meet the installer. However let me say... you can't tell the unit wasn't factory installed, and they were right on time, when they promised the installation would be completed. Excellent job!
