My garage door wouldn.t open. My cars were stuck inside. I had no transportation and I explained that if they couldn't come right away, perhaps they could at least try to open the door for me. They gave me an appointment 3 DAYS later, then didn't show up. When we called to try to make further arrangements, they hung up on us when we tried again to explain the urgency after the missed appointment, and they haven't answered or returned our calls since. We are (were!) returning customers for them, having spent a small fortune with them about a year ago.I guess nothing counts with them for professionalism or loyalty!

The opener was $140. We like that we deal with the owner of the company. He and his wife run it. He really cares. He did a lot more work for the same amount of money because he knows that I report him on Angie's List so Angie's List is holding him accountable but he is just a good guy. I purchased "today's big deal" coupon. Their representative arrived on time, he inspected the mechanical functioning of the door, tightened the chain, lubed the appropriate areas, and helped me open my garage door openers so I could put in new batteries.
