    Priceless Painting
Excellent work. Imo it requires art and skill to make repairs match existing walls and they accomplished that! He and his team got everything done in a timely way, cleaned up thoroughly and were very pleasant to work with. Ive already gotten another estimate for painting my kitchen and plan on being a repeat customer.

    Rick O's Construction & Remodeling
Rick O's company is top notch! His design team came in and recommended many possibilities and upgrades. He worked within our budget as we selected which of the upgrades we would choose. His staff from painting to granite were all professional. I felt secure in leaving the house as they worked their magic. Rick O's helped to build our vision and stick to our budget. He has continued to check on how things are going and is more than willing to return and perform touch-ups. I would recommend Rick O's for any type of home construction.

    Houston Renovators
I am an investor on some property they remodeled. They are very honest and since they have low overhead they are a bargain. The quality of the work is outstanding. They did complete kitchen remodel, flooring, and bath remodeling.

    Absolute Renovation
Absolute renovation got paid $25k upfront but utilized used cabinet, faucets & other old materials while paid for new. The company would not show up for weeks. After 6 months past the promised completion date, the company abandoned the project claiming to have run out of money. I had to hire a new contractor at huge cost to finish the project. The owner of absolute renovation Shawn Roderick should be in jail for fraud. Thumbtack banned him off thier site. Filing civil & criminal charges against him. Avoid him and his firm at all costs as he is dishonest and in unabashed liar!

    C & K Painting
Great work in a short time. We had a parent coming home from the hospital after a hip replacement who now needed an ADA bathroom. We had just a short time to get the bathroom converted and painted. Corbett really helped us out with his crew and made sure all was ready on time and on budget. We will always be thankful for their great job when we really needed help and needed it in a short time. We have used C&K before and will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them!

    Danny Did It
We had some water damage from our old shower that required us to remove the old shower to fix. We decided to do a complete shower remodel since we already had to remove everything. Danny was easy to get a hold of and was great to work with. We had some minor difficulties with getting the initial start date set but that was primarily due to some confusion on both our parts. Once the work was started though everything went smoothly. We had a few instances where we couldn't be present while work needed to continue and we had no concerns giving his crew access to the house. After all the work was done Danny came by to make sure everything was up to our expectations. He saw a few small things he thought should be done better and he corrected those right away. All in all, I would hire Danny again if I needed another remodel like this. The minor scheduling difficultly was the only issue we had and that was really a non-issue. Everyone was great to work with, easy to contact and performed quality work.

    Roger's Remodeling & Repairs
Roger's Handyman services totally remodeled my master bathroom in Feb/Mar 2016. They did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome at the time and I still am. My house was built in 1984 and the bathroom was original; small room with tub and toilet and a vanity with one sink area that was part of the bedroom. The remodel work included installing a glass shower with a bench and two shower heads, a new vanity with two sinks, new flooring, new toilet, a wall with door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. The proposal for the work was very precise and detailed. During the remodel I requested a few changes to the proposal and revisions were made very smoothly. The cost for each update was clearly explained when I inquired. I neglected to ask about the cost of additional painting and picking up a vanity and was surprised by those costs, but that was my error. This is advice for anyone doing remodeling when adding on upgrades or any changes to the plan: Inquire about the cost; do not assume. Overall the final cost was a little high but not the highest quote I received. The saying you pay for what you get applies. My remodel was quality work. The project was run very well with clear communication of decision deadlines on design choices- tile, grout, fixtures etc. There was a small hiccup when a cold and hot water connection was reversed but this was immediately corrected with no impact. The workers were very professional and worked hard. They arrived on time and did the work scheduled. The work was done in a very timely manner over a month period. I appreciated that very much. I strongly recommend Roger's Handyman service. I would definitely hire again. I've included 3 pictures of before the remodel and 6 pictures of after the remodel.

All Kitchens & Bath Total Remodeling
My home was flooded from Harvey... I paid Rico 3 installments... 10,000, 5,000 amd 5,000... the only thing that was complete was my tile flooring... they didnt cover it up completely and the tile mud and grout was spattered all over the place... they started with Sheetrock and promised me a completion date... never met it! Sheetrock mud splattered all over the brand new floors that I was told would be completely covered up... never was! This man has poor time management and unreliable crews... never met a deadline and nothing hit broken promises on when Work will be done... Rico kept repeating himself saying that if Im not happy with the work hell give me some money back! My new contractor has done more in 3 weeks than rico did in 3 months... my new contractor also said that the Sheetrock repair he did needed to be redone... and they did! Most of the time when I called rico he was out at the pool hall playing games and drinking... I even met him there one day to give him a check... he flashed me a wad of cash ticket than Ive ever seen. I personally believe hes got a gambling issue. After my $20k paid to him... his crews stop coming and manically he bought a brand new 2016 Camaro SS and took 2 vacations... one tobSan Diego and one to Vegas... now he doesnt answer ANY calls or texts. This guy is a scam and a thief! Took advantage of me and at least one other family in my subdivision.

    S-N-S Remodeling
Dan's workers were great in their trades. I had issues with two of them dumping the trash in my flower beds but Dan, the contractor, made sure they cleaned up their mess. Dan does care about his customers and wants everyone on the same page. Be very specific with him with what to do-do this with any contractor. Make sure you remind them to cover up furniture, clothes, beds, and floors. They seem to not worry about your things but I notice this with any contractor. I stayed the whole time because I don't trust others in my homes. This company I would trust and would hire again anytime.
