My name is Russ Allen. We are a small company with 38 years in business. We are a family business. My son Ryon has been with me for 11 years. We offer service work and repairs for your home comfort needs. We have a maintenance agreement to help you keep your system clean and running as it should. We only install American Standard equipment but we will repair and service whatever you have. We have the experience to handle all your needs. We do not sub-out any of our work. When you call, you will be talking to me the owner. We have financing available if needed and take check and all credit cards.

They installed the entire air conditioning system.

They came out this spring, I think it was in March. They installed the entire system. I have been using them for quite sometime and they are very reliable. Their price is very reasonable. They have average market price. I was satisfied with the price. They usually get back very quickly when you contact them. They are pretty punctual. I would use them again, hope not any time soon but I would use them.

Provided valuable and free consultation since I was out of his service area.

I had an issue with my AC unit and wanted to get a second opinion. I was looking for family owned business. I came across Russ and A/C Service and Repairs Co. Unfortunately, I am not in his service area (over an hour away). But, that didn't stop Russ from spending at least 15 minutes on the phone with me. He gave me valuable and knowledgeable information that saved me money and time. And since he can't service me, he called his supplier to check for a reputable family owned business in my area. I am using the referral from Russ' supplier.
It's so hard and really almost impossible to find qualified people doing quality work to make an honest living. People who still genuinely care about other people. More than just another job or another call. I highly recommend Russ based on my interaction with him and the accuracy of his advice.
Thank you Russ for your time and dedication. You are the few good techs in a sea of bad ones.
