  • As always, perfectly. JP and crew are the best. They will NEVER cheat you. In fact, JP says "I could and you wouldn't even know it. But I treat customers the way I want to be treated.". A chain repair ship quoted me over $3000. I took my vehicle to JP. My cost with JP Auto?. Under $300.

  • I think we were waiting on a part. They were responsive and they did keep up to date on the status of the part, so I thought that was very helpful. They were good letting me know by phone that the part wasn’t in or whether it was in, and when to expect when it would be ready. It was within a day.

  • They're very, very good. When you go to a dealer you're always going to pay the dealer price. So you're not paying anything out of the ordinary for a dealer, it's probably compatible. They do good quality work.

  • I have bought four vehicles from Jordan Ford. The sales team is very professional and go the extra mile to make sure you understand the process if you are a first time buyer. They are very good at military and VA assistance as well. The adaptive vehicle program is one of the best I have seen. The service team compliments the sales team by great service. I highly recommend Jordan Ford and their team of professionals.

  • Diesel Truck died while driving home. I had it towed to Red McCombs Ford because it was nearest to my location and I did not know of other Diesel repair shops.
1st Problem...They received my truck on Tuesday and didn't start work until Friday. They explained that they didn't have many diesel mechanics on staff for their demand.
2nd Problem.. They called me Friday afternoon explaining that found computer codes indicating EPR sensor was bad however they explained this was unusual as they know the sensor was not a critical sensor and some people remove them. However they said they would continue to investigate. Friday before they close they called again saying the truck was ready and that they replaced the EPR sensor since that was the code given by the computer.
3rd Problem... When I came to get it Saturday, my representative was not there and I was told to just go to the cashier to pay for it. When I demanded an explanation of services performed I was told that there was no one available to explain! I paid and walked over to the parts counter to ask their opinion. They didn't understand why the EPR sensor was replaced either. They did recommend to buy a cam sensor which would more reasonable.
4th Problem... Truck broke down the following day! I towed it back home. Replaced the cam sensor myself.. took 15minutes.

  • Car broke down while driving. I had to get it towed.  Mark (Owner) told me that from I had described to him that it could be just a problem with the axles.  When I explained the same situation to the Dealer they were sure it was the transmission and it would be a minimum of $7000 repair.  I went with M&S and sure enough they fixed the problem for only $300 the following day.... And they were genuinely HAPPY that they could fix it for less!
I have taken my boat to him for major repair before and just felt like I was getting treated right.
Mark is there to help... not to just make a buck.  Its hard to find mechanic shops like this that really care....

  • For the past couple of months I've known that I needed my rotors turned but didn't do anything until Saturday when my husband and I were out and noticed that my rear brakes were making metal-on-metal noises. Monday I checked Angie's List for a recommendation on where to take my car. I settled on Brake Works and took my vehicle up there. They checked my front and rear brakes and told me that I needed new brakes for the rear. I asked about how much it would cost to have the rotors turned for the front brakes and they gave me a qoute, sorry I don't remember what the qoute was, I told them to go ahead and schedule the work for Tuesday morning and I would bring the vehicle back. I was told it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the work and that was about how long it took. Very happy and satisfied customer.

  • Replaced the timing belt on my Xterra which I'm planning on driving till the wheels fall off. Also had a "tune up" done since the # 6 spark plug is ridiculously hard to get to. Vehicle runs like a champ.
AC work on my Dodge was going to be very expensive but owner provided an alternative course of action which wouldn't cost an arm and leg. If you are looking for a great shop that won't gouge you, this is the place. Sam (owner) is a pleasant person to work with as are his employees. I highly recommend Pharaoh Automotive.

  • They were very nice to me as I pulled up to them not knowing what was going on with my car. I told them what was going on and they diagnosed the problem right away and put in a new battery for me. I haven't had the problem since. They also did my oil change and battery in a very timely manner.

  • They did a really good job. I liked this company a lot. I didn't have any problems with them at all. My car finally drives straight again and my brakes stop very fast. The mechanics there are very helpful and they answered all of my questions.
