    Precision Power Washing LLC
The entire project from start to finish was nothing short of perfection. The provider was extremely knowledgeable and professional about what needed to be done. Long story short is that I had a latex vinyl concrete on top of my previous concrete areas. This additional layer was added to give the old concrete a new look. Unfortunately it started to deteriorate in some areas, especially after driving on it.
The provider (Paul) showed up on time for the pre appointment. He gave me a high and a low cost and what each cost entailed as well as a time frame. He followed through and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend him and would use him in the future.

    BOSS Resurfacing
The end product looks fabulous! It really dressed up my home  and I believe it added value to it.  Boss resurfacing redid the back yard seven years ago, applying stamped concrete to our patio over an aggregate surface, removing the redwood deck, pouring new concrete and stamping this surface, then applying stamped concrete to the "cool deck" surface.  They also removed the diving board, and built a waterfall with a unique design.  I was so happy with this company from that experience that when I decided to improve the motor court, driveway, and sidewalk, the decision to use them was easy.  Keith Kimberlin contacted me and was very straightforward in his bid, answering all of my questions to my satisfaction.  I was impressed with his knowledge of the products he uses, and the actual technique to be used.  They started on time, were respectful of my property, and the employees working on the job were top-notch!  Chris and Gilbert have been with the company for many years, and very experienced with the application process. They were great with clean up every day, as well as at the end of the project.  (Keith himself even worked one day!)
I also was very impressed with the maintenance program that they now offer.  The price was excellent, and made sense to sign up for it to protect my investment. I have a maintenance agreement for both areas in place now and feel great that the surfaces will be well cared for in the future.
I was as impressed with this company upon completion of this project as I was seven years ago, and would highly recommend them, as I have already to my friends and family.

    Texas Best Fence
The company was absolutely fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves.  They were very conscious of the job they had to do and concerned about giving me the best results.  I would highly recommend them.

    Protek Painting & Roofing
Jared was GREAT to work with and very professional and courteous and had a sincere sense of wanting to please the customer, US.  The detailed description on the estimate and his attention to detail was refreshing and left no room for "hidden" charges to pop-up later as has happened with others in the past.   Jared made sure when his crew arrived that he was there to walk around with us and go over the extent of the work to be done so there was no room for the "he said, she said" game.   The entire crew was very professional and made us feel as if their main objective was to please the customer and went above and beyond to do so.  We couldn't be happier with the end result and we must admit they left the surrounding area cleaner than it was when they arrived.   Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for minor carpentry work and painting of their home.  Jared made it clear that if we found ANYTHING that they might have missed not to hesitate to call and let him know and he would take care of it.

    James Imburgia Painting Contractor
Jim worked along side his crew and every detail was taken care of just like we wanted.  Jim worked to be sure we were satisfied with the carpentry repair and it looks great.  The paint job looks perfect and we couldn't be happier.  The job took three days.  All workers were polite and punctual.   The clean-up was excellent.  We are thinking of doing some interior painting and will definitely use Jim again.  We highly recommend Jim Imburgia and his crew.

Phillips Painting Roofing, Gutters, Windows and Siding
The wood on the exterior of the house was in bad shape due to our letting it go too long since the last time it was painted. It needed quite a bit of prep work. I got  a reminder call the day before  David came out to provide an estimate and he arrived on time. Although Phillips was not my lowest bid, the bid was very detailed,  listing each individual board to be replaced. David noted places that were rotting that another contractor failed to notice or point out. I was also impressed that the quote specifically stated: reseal complete seams, joints, cracks and windows (*we do not spot caulk*) and protecting the landscape. David also quoted new gutters (not included in this review and quote as it was quoted and installed separately).
Included in the initial bid was a estimate for lead safe practices ($1918)  which David explained was legally necessary unless I could prove there was no lead in the paint (since my house was built before 1968). He provided the name of a lead tester and the bid included a $250 Angie's List coupon, a $100 discount in lieu of an interior room (another advertised special that I hadn't heard about) and a $150 discount as a reimbursement for the lead testing. I had the testing done and was legally lead-free.
We called David back and scheduled the work. He gave me an approximate date about 2 weeks out and said I would be contacted ahead of time. I was called a week later to say the date was set for end of the following week. I was also called the day before work started and again in the morning to tell me the name of the crew supervisor.
The work was done quickly, professionally and extremely well. They used a lot of caulk. Phillips sprays on paint and then touches by hand where necessary (e.q. doors) or where extra paint is needed. They used wide paper tape to mask the brick and plastic to cover bushes and windows. There was no overspray anywhere. It was a very clean, very professional job. My husband and I were thrilled with the results and my neighbors have raved about how good the house looks.
David came out while the carpentry was being done and I asked him if I could have the gingerbread trim on the front roof gables replaced with straight boards because the decorative edge was too dated. This was the only additional charge on top of the initial quote and we agreed before the work was done.
I walked around with the crew supervisor after the work was completed. The work and the clean up was impeccable. I was very happy.  Several days later, David came back out to walk around and inspect the work and make sure I was happy.
