  We were looking for an all-inclusive landscaping company to completely redo our backyard, which had been a muddy, poorly graded safety hazard for nearly a year following concrete removal and extensive sewer work in early 2018. Among those I contacted to get an estimate for the work, Matt was the quickest to schedule an appointment, and he returned a detailed estimate to me in less than a week. His original price was a little higher than we could afford, but he was willing to work within our budget so he altered/deleted a few items to meet our financial needs. Even so, his estimates for all aspects of the project were exceptionally reasonable and he was one of the few who treated the job as something worth his time (most others gave me the impression that it was a 'small job' and not one they wanted or needed). While there were a few unexpected interruptions due to poor weather, the crews were able to complete the job in a timely manner, which was certainly impressive. However, what impressed me most was the dedication and care they put into their work. For example, they took nearly 5 full days to prep the ground, install the underlayment, and place the pavers for our brand new travertine patio, which is both stunning to look at and practical all at the same time. We have had countless positive comments from neighbors and friends with several people asking for Matt's information so they can have the same kind of patio installed in their yards. Furthermore, Matt and his crew were exceptionally considerate of my requests as the job progressed, making adjustments along the way to meet my expectations. Those who saw the yard before the crews started their work are simply amazed by the transformation. I cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them for any landscaping project!

  The workers warned us that they may have to replace the value, but my husband told them to try to repair it. They did the repair and then told me that the brass valve should last a life-time. So glad they were able to repair it.

  Within 2 years the brain that runs the system went bad and they came out and brought me another one. Around a year later one of the lines went out and my yard flooded out to the street which and they resolved that issue. Now the system is out again, I tried contacting them the entire summer and no one would return my calls. Today I finally got in touch with someone from the company and the gentleman was quite abrasive. Worst customer service ever! I made a mistake by hiring them. They are not professional and don't answer their phones or return calls even when I emailed requesting a follow up.

  Moore Sprinkler Company

  The two people from Moore Sprinkler fixed the head, then quickly checked the system. Within 20 minutes they were done and asked for payment. I use Moore Sprinkler services often and this was not the typical visit. Normally after a system check they walk me through the system but this team seemed in a rush to leave. Management did offer to send another team out but I declined. I will use the company again as I have great experiences before but did ask not to have this team again.

  Andys Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting

  The two technicians that performed our system check (Fausto and Florencio) arrived on schedule.  They were thorough in their review of our sprinkler system.  They explained and showed us all areas of concern, and took the time to answer all of our questions.  The work that they recommended was reasonably priced and performed immediately.  Fausto took the time to not only show us where our sprinkler shut off was, but also the main water shut off for our house (we recently moved into our home and were not sure what and where all of our shut offs were.)  My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service provided.  Fausto and Florencio were great.  We will definitely use Andy's Sprinkler Service again, and confidently recommend them.

  Aquamax did a great job. The service man was a little later than anticipated, but he called and made sure we knew he was delayed. He did a thorough inspection of the system, including checking the programming of our controller. I would gladly do business with them again.

  Basically walked my yard, put flags by sprinkler heads and told me I should buy a new system. Did not actually fix anything. Waste of my time. Had another company come out and they had the controller adjusted, heads fixed and system working perfectly in an hour.

  I continue to use them. I used the big deal from Village Green for lawn and irrigation back in 2012. I don't remember exactly but they checked the sprinkler head or something like that for the big deal. I continued to use. They come every month. I started to use them more constantly because I knew who they were and because they came out that first time. If you have a problem they will come out and work with you. With off season weeds or something like that, they will come out and do it but it is a monthly service that they provide to fertilize and wipe out weeds and stuff. They do let me know before they come. It cost 89 dollars and 85 cents a month.
