Mudjacking reviews in Farmers Branch

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Jefferie explained what he was doing every step of the way, was very detailed in his inspection, leaving me confident of his assessment. In my opinion he was was professional and I would definitely use Structured Foundation Repairs if I have the need in the future.

  • Burns (the crew leader) and his crew arrived on time. Burns checked the floors with a level to see whether they needed to be adjusted. My main complaint was a French door that had quit opening, but it turns out that no piers had been installed in that area. They were ready to get to work for the warranty part of the job with out a lot of explanation, but also happy to answer my questions about what they were going to do.
I appreciate that they honored the warranty even though the previous homeowner is the one who had the original work done.
After they were done with the warranty work, I asked Burns to check the rest of the house to see if they saw any problems. He recommended several more piers, for a total cost of $6000. I decided to get a structural engineer to give an unbiased opinion before committing. Assuming the engineer agrees that work needs to be done, I will definitely consider Bedrock.
My only real complaint is that Burns tracked mud through my house when he came back in to take a look at the rest of the house. He offered to vacuum when he realized what he had done.
    - DAVID R.
  • My home is completely level now. The problem is my house must not have been level when built, because now I have cracks and doors that do not close properly. I think the engineer should have taken that into consideration. Also the engineer was the only man who spoke English and it was almost impossible for us to communicate, English was not his native language and he had a thick accent and only knew some English.

  • They did fine. I really have no way of knowing that the work was ok. They offer a lifetime guarantee though.
    - Rita C.
  • It was a good experience. It was a lot of work and they were here a long time. They were very professional, timely, explained everything and cleaned up after themselves very well.
    - Wayne M.
