  • The technician fixed the first issue while I waited, as I expected, and ordered the parts for the other two problems. The pricing for the parts and labor was very reasonable. The technician inspected the car thoroughly and produced a very helpful inspection report that serves as a useful reference. The waiting area is spacious, clean and professional, with a good array of magazines along with a big spiffy TV screen and Keurig coffee maker. I was very comfortable while waiting for my car to be serviced. I recommend this shop without reservation.

  • Highest integrity and quality. Friendly & personable. Always done right the first time @ reasonable price. Only recommend needed repairs. Top professionalism. When a national brand battery that they had installed failed to honor warranty, this shop replaced it free of charge with an OEM battery. Friendly and personable. Highly recommended. Found them 11 years ago by word of mouth; satisfied, loyal customer ever since. They got our Volvo to be old enough to vote.
  • Very well. I was pleased with the responsiveness and helpfulness displayed by Julio. My oil change was completed in 30 minutes and all other fluids were topped off and air pressure checked on the tires. Professional and courteous.

  • The service was very good. The staffs are very easy to work with and they are more knowledgeable than most auto dealers or auto parts repair that I have dealt with.  It was very easy to get an appointment to get my car in. I called him and told him what I had and he said to bring it up. He said that it may take two days because they had to order the part. Later on that morning, he called me back, said he had the part, and had it done in the afternoon. So, he had it fixed for me within that the same day. They are good. Their price is about average. I researched it out in the internet and they come out about the same as the others. I think their quality is very good. They have been very helpful and no problems. They have done it ahead of schedule every time. They are better than the rest and their professionalism is very good. I am just very pleased with their work.

  • After several visits and much frustration, I finally enlisted the help of my neighbor whom is a Park Place mechanic quickly determined the problem and corrected it in a matter of minutes.  It was an Audi vehicle and we both assumed Autoscope should have known how to fix this error fault.

  • Very helpful people. Took lots of time to explain the problem and several options to repair it. They recommended a cheaper alternative but I decided to go back with OEM parts, etc. Very knowledgeable people. They even provided me a ride back to my office.

  • The young man who helped me was fairly new. They let someone who was too inexperienced help me. He did not know how to get the battery out. He was very cautious not to shock himself. I asked him if he knew what to do to ensure the battery did not explode in his face? He said no. He was very courteous, clean cut, etc. Unfortunately, the company had not trained him on how to properly take out a battery. This company needs to be sure there is adequate training for their customer service reps. They informed me that my battery was dead as well as my alternator. I took my vehicle to another company, Swedish Auto who informed me that my alternator was not bad. I will no longer go to them for that service.
  • We called Auto Zone. My battery was dead and my alternator was bad. I asked them to put it back in. What Auto Zone said was a bad alternator, the guy at Swedish Auto did confirm that the battery was dead. It was an interstate battery. That company of the battery no longer honors the 75 month warranty. Informed me I needed a positive electrical cable. Informed me that the alternator was fine! The owner called back and said he was going to honor the Interest Battery Warranty that the company would not honor. The total was $300 less than what I had expected to pay for periodic maintenance. They never recommend maintenance or repairs that you don't need! I cannot say enough good things about them! They are so experienced! They also said I could go ahead and replace the brakes, but also said I could wait until the next service! They could have said that I needed brakes immediately, but instead that let me know it was something to consider for the future! Anything under $6.00 they don't charge for at all- for instance a light bulb. The guy who does the actual work can almost always quote you to the penny what it will be!
  • It was very pleasant - I got there when they first opened in the morning and there was coffee and good music playing. They did the initial assessment and then gave me my quote. They told me it would take several hours and, since I drove myself there, they asked if I needed a ride home. I eagerly agreed. They called me a few hours later when the service was complete and we went to pick up the car. They did an excellent job and their prices were very fair.

  • They were great. They were prompt. It was extremely reasonable. It was a positive experience all the way around. I called, I said a time to come in, I went in and it was all done under 30 minutes. To me that was great. I didn't have to wait a long time or anything. They were very friendly.
