There is a company called Waterfalls that I use just because somebody that I know when I moved to this area, somebody told me that they are very good, and they are very decent, but occasionally I’ve had to have work that they’ve done redone, so I don’t know. I mean they’re really good as far as changing the oil and stuff like that so I don’t know. They’re really responsive as far as, if you drive in there, like I went there last week, I just needed a quart of oil added to my car. They just took it aside and did that even though they had people waiting on their cars that was such a quick thing. They just took my car and did that, and I was out of there right away, so I like that. They just charged me for the oil. Yes I will use them for small things, but not for major repairs.

A couple of times they did things that seemed to work at the time. They misdiagnosed it. I think I took it somewhere else. We got rid of the truck. Routine maintenance they are very good. I would not use them for complicated repairs.

Craig's Car Care did an outstanding job in aligning tires and checking my brakes and telling me I needed to have the rotors looked at.  The report they gave concerning my car was amazing.  I used someone else to replace my brakes (a friend) but I would go back to Craig's for sure.

I'm sure the price is probably better than the dealership. That's where I take my car, I don't take it anyplace else. I've never had any problems, I've taken my car there many years. It normally takes probably at least an hour or an hour and 15 minutes to get the car ready. The service men and service women are fine.

I had a major oil leak on my Dodge Diesel engine - Oil everywhere! Asked Mike if he could diagnose and estimate before I took it in. His guess was bad engine block head based on my description. The price could be close to $2,000. Took it in - Mike called back. They cleaned the engine, found the leak and repaired it for $700. They could have taken me to the cleaners as I was prepared to spend $2,000. Long story short, They are honest, fair and I never had to take it back. People do business with people they know, like and trust. You can trust Economy Transmission.

Don't expect cheap work - You get what you pay for! Mikes technicians have been employed with him for a long time. Reliability is the key.

Took the car to the shop on a flatbed trailer, and proceeded to offload by myself.  Shop owner drove by, saw that I was trying to do it by myself, and made absolutely no attempt to assist or have someone help me.  Finally, a shop worker saw me struggling and came to assist.

Clutch repair went pretty well, although it took a few days longer than expected. After vehicle was picked up and driven on the highway, it began to slip out of 5th gear.  This had never happened before, but was now happening all the time.  Called Precision to ask if they would take a look at it and was told to bring the car in.  Drove 30+ minutes to get there and the shop owner was at the desk.  He was adamant that (despite replacing the clutch) NOTHING they did would've caused the transmission to start slipping out of gear.  He said they had driven the car on the street at low speeds but admitted that they had not taken it out on the highway. He was extremely rude and refused to even look at the car.

We were initially referred to this business by our minister, and have had decent service there in the past (several years ago).  The last two experiences have been very poor.

This is definitely a business you do NOT want to deal with.

They always have done a reasonably good job and get it done as expected. They've been responsive. When you go to a dealership, you know you're going to pay a little bit of a premium to go there, but I would rather pay it and have the work done by somebody that works on Fords all day long. That's a personal preference of mine. They're easy to get to. I have a recall right now for my truck and they did not have the item in stock right now to replace the recall.

They need to educate their service people regarding what the sales person sold and I paid for. I paid for oil changes and basic service for an extended period of time than the original contract. My wife then took it in to get serviced and they tried to charge her. I tried to call several people to get it squared away and I ended up having to go over there in person to get it taken care of. I would not go back there again if the service was not already paid for.

When my rarely used pick-up refused to start I called Mike and told him it was not a rush, just something that needed fixing eventually. Also told him that afternoons were better for my schedule. He called back within 3 business days to say he was available and also called again when he was 30 minutes away. He got the truck running, replaced the broken choke cable and repaired the windshield wipers, which had quit. He also tried to replace the headlight bulbs in my wife's SUV, but I had purchased the wrong ones; he politely explained my error and showed me what we did need. As a former auto technician myself, now with contracted fingers, I can say with certainty that Mike is very good at his work and very professional in his business. Highly recommend him!

Great service!  We got a special deal through the Angie's List site.   Really nice people.  One of the guys spent time with me after they were finished and gave lots of good tips on tire care and how to look for my next set.
