It went very smooth. They diagnosed the problem. Replaced a part and everything was working. Did I mention they arrived at my house 30 minutes after I called. I found my go too AC guys.Honest guys at a very fair price.

Cody & Sons Plumbing Heating & Air
My experience with Cody & Sons was an A+! I am always concerned with these companies taking advantage and charging more than they should. My technician, Mike, was on time, extremely professional and really knew his job. Prior to Cody & Sons, I had 5 other name brand HVAC companies service my furnace but no one could tell me why I smelled gas each time I turned my unit on. Several tried to sell me a new furnace. Mike thoroughly examined my unit and determined what the problem was. He then patiently explained it all to me in laymen's terms. I approved the work and Mike took care of it. I can't express the relief I feel knowing that my furnace is safe again and I am not inhaling fumes!!! From start to finish Mike took about an hour. The price I was charged was very fair! I am happy to say that I have finally found my go to HVAC company. THANK YOU, MIKE and Cody & Sons!!!

    ALLENAIRE SERVICE CO
They were extremely honest about what was going on with my air conditioner. After a few estimates, they were the only one that said it could be repaired instead of replaced. They were professional, on time, and did a great job of explaining what was going on with the air conditioner. They were also able to save me money, charged me a very reasonable amount for the estimate, and were extremely honest.

Warner Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC
He's wonderful, he's very professional and knowledgeable of the work he was doing. I always stand there and watch and he did his work. He changed our capacitors and quite a few things that were not working properly. He was very personable and customer-oriented when he came out.

    COOMES AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING
They were fantastic and will continue to maintain it every 6 months. They have always been fantastic. We like the people and we used them initially to service our old units and we got to know them. They gave us a quote and we liked it.

    A#1 Air
Presumably the duct work was installed completely and properly. However, just yesterday, water poured into my kitchen as a huge part of the ceiling collapsed under the weight of water accumulating in the duct work. A different a.c. company came out and determined that the duct work was not properly configured/connected to the a.c. system in the attic which caused the water (condensation) to build up in the duct. Furthermore, the newly hired company said the incorrect coil was installed by the predecessor firm. The new coil to take place of the wrong one is $1,500. This is in addition to replacement cost of labor and materials for duct work, sheetrock, texstoning (sp?), etc. Lastly, the new firm said that the a.c. system in the attic was leaning and not level contributing to the water issue. A#1 was under a contract for inspecting the system when the firm installed the duct work in 2013 or 2014. (I can't recall which specific year the work was done). I never called A#1 Air to do further A.C. system checks because of the problem with prior estimates that kept increasing. Now, having this all new major problem, I not only won't use the firm ever again, but, I wouldn't encourage any others to use the services it offers either. It matters not how much money the firm puts into television advertising, if the firm does not do proper installations whether incorrect configurations and/or improper materials utilized, then hefty advertising means nothing. There should have only been one person originally to give an estimate and that estimate should have been adhered to, regardless. The $10,000 expense was I believe not only excessive but caused a great expense these few years later, beyond any warranty in place, had there been any. The approximate cost of service below does not refer to the repair expenses (labor and materials).

    Morrison Heating and Air
Morrison Heating & Air was professional, courteous, and punctual. I am very pleased with the workmanship and with regard to every detail of the service performed, including pricing. The price listed for approximate cost of service does not include the labor and parts for replacing destroyed duct work above the kitchen. That work was done today and a statement/invoice has yet to be prepared.

    Bon Air Service Company Inc
They charged too much money. They came 7 different times and it still will not work. They did not install correctly, then they had to reroute duct, they had to come reset this and reset that and it will still not working. I am not happy and will not use them again.

    Wolverton Air - Duncanville
A/C went out and had 5 guests staying at house. Desperate for help. Wolverton came out that day and got the unit working again. Technician was prompt, courteous, explained exactly what the problem was and what repairs were made. Was so grateful for their quick response and pleased with the work done, I had them return for general service of the second unit a few weeks later. Will definitely use them again.

    Ellis Air Conditioning and Heating
Everything went fine. I think there were two guys. They came and installed it in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very diligent about that. They installed a new thermostat as well. We just got our first electric bill and it was very reasonable for the amount of time the A/C has been running. They were very friendly and professional. He was very informative and patient. We've learned everything that we needed to know. We also had a recommendation from a friend. Also, they were the lowest estimate of the estimates that we got. They were right on time.
