    Extreme Hydro-Jetting and Pipe Inspection
    This review applies to the repair of a hot water heater and replacement of a garbage disposal in our Dripping Springs home by Extreme Plumbing & Hydro-Jetting on November 21, 2019. We are pleased to report our satisfaction with the results of the work performed by Steven, their service technician. Steven proved to be one of the most-respectful, competent, and efficient service people to have serviced appliances in our home. In addition to quickly diagnosing the cause of problems with each of the above-listed appliances, Steven had repaired all issues within an hour, or nearly so. Unlike unfortunate previous experiences, Steven cleaned up his work areas and left no mess whatsoever. I have no doubt that the powers-to-be at Extreme LLC realize the behavior and competence demonstrated by their employees are critical to retaining customers as well as ensuring that those customers pass along positive recommendations to potential customers. On both counts, Steven satisfied all expectations. We would like to additionally thank Kristina (Extreme's receptionist/dispatcher?) for her advice and ability to synchronize the servicing of two different appliances within a single service call. Her thoughtfulness and knowledge of available options saved us the expense of an additional claim against our home maintenance policy. For that, as well as with our overall experience with Extreme Plumbing & Hydro-Jetting, we are grateful and recommend their services without hesitation.

    These guys were great - punctual, great communication, very professional and fixed the dishwasher right the first time. Additionally, they took the time to do an overall service of the machine and provided us some education to keep it running. We have dealt with a lot of appliance companies unfortunately in the past -- these guys are tops in our book.

    They tried to fix my washer and only made it worse. They broke the face plate and the part is no longer made, and the gasket got torn in the process of repair. Worse, the machine squeaks now and it didn't before. Not recommended.

    Well, sometimes you win and sometimes you don't.  Had an appointment for Factory Service on 10/2/2015 and Gerry came out to analyze.  The e-mail that he sent to me during his visit said the unit needed and Inverter, Compressor, Dye Drier and Control Board assembly.
    They ordered the parts and Tommy came out on Friday 10/16/2015 and said that all he needed to replace was the inverter and said that the other parts were not necessary.  As of Monday 10/19/2015 the freezer would not cool below 20 degrees.
    I called Tommy (the technician) and he said the office would be calling me in a day.  On Wednesday I called them and they said they would call me back.
    Nothing.  I called again today and they said they needed to order parts as they shipped the parts that were not used back to Kitchen Aid.
    As of today...still not fixed....still not working.

    We were leaving on a trip in our motorhome and our Fisher & Paykel dish drawer was not working. James and his staff ordered the parts, had them expedited, filed the claim with our warranty company and made sure it was fixed before we left.  Great Customer Service!  I would definitely recommend Remedy Appliance Service to my family and friends.

    Within a few hours, James arrived and quickly solved the problem. He even provided solution for the lime build up in my dishwasher and coaching on breaking in my new oven. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented! If the need arises, will use again.

    Owner and quot;Benand quot; trouble shot the problem over the phone and gave good advice on refrigerator efficiency. Ordered the part, took care of the Landmark HOW paperwork, and called me promptly when the part arrived.
    Technician and quot;Russand quot; provided excellent customer service. Engaging and informative. Took great care to avoid a mess and cleaned up everything nicely. Russ remembered work previously done at this address prior to my buying it and detailed every part replaced and service provided.
    American Eagle is my choice for future repairs.

    South Austin Appliance Repair responded to our call in a timely manner (our usual and much more local contact told us we would have to wait 12 days).  The repairman arrived when he said he would, and determined that a fuse had blown on the unit.  He returned the next day with the fuse and replaced the old one.  The repairman was friendly and informative about our dishwasher.  We were hoping for responsive and professional service, and that is what South Austin Appliance Repair delivered.

    The repairman did not show up to the scheduled appointment to fix a broken appliance - it turns out he was running late but no notification was sent to me to inform of his tardiness. After calling the office, I was informed that he would be out later that day. He never showed up. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day (a Saturday for in the early am) and I was to receive an email Friday night to confirm the appointment for Saturday. I never received an email and at this juncture was through with the company and didn't even bother to call and question. That Saturday morning I was awoken a phone call from the repairman. I told him to forget it since they had never confirmed the appointment and I was not about to drive an hour (I'm a PM for the house with the broken appliance) to meet him for an appointment that was never confirmed. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

    My LG washer was not spinning.  I received an error code and called several repairmen for service.  I couldn't get ANYONE to call me back to even schedule a service call.  When I called Jim, he answered my call and immediately scheduled an appointment.  I gave him the error code and he mentioned on the phone that it could be a clog or a problem with the pump.  He showed up at the time he said he would and identified the problem.  Once the clog was cleared, my washer was running great again.
