    Make Ready Renovation
    When I purchased the home and saw it for the first time, I was completely flabbergasted. It was an older home and needless to say, the entire house needed major work! After calling around, I was referred to Make Ready Renovations by a friend who had recent renovations done and was overly satisfied with the work. So I figured I would give them a try. After calling them and scheduling an appointment, of which the representatives showed up on time as promised, dressed neatly and very professional. After speaking with Clay, he advised me that the plumbing should be checked out, as should with all newly purchased homes. Clay and his team video scoped the line and that's when I found out there were several major issues! I was starting to panic, feeling as though the house I had purchased was a horrible mistake! Clay and his team gave me several options that I could choose from at a price that I felt comfortable paying for all of the work that needed to be completed. I was thoroughly pleased each time on several trips to the house to check the status of the house. I must say, the house and the sewer line was complete alot faster than I expected. Clay and his team, worked diligently and methodically informing me every step of the way. I had a great experience and have recommended a few friends and co-workers who have enquired about needing work done at their own home, or when they come to my newly renovated home and see the work for themselves!

    D & P Carpet Cleaning
    I was very disappointed in the results of the work on the laminate floors. The floors looked like they had a good polish job, but once they dried one could easily see hairs and debris mixed in with the dried product. Obviously the floors had not been properly cleaned before the application of the polish. Now that the polish had dried, I was unable to remove the very visible debris and hairs as they were now embedded in the polish. I contacted the owner of the company with my concerns (about 3 weeks later; I had entertained company and had also been out of town) and was immediately admonished that I should have complained within the 48 hours allowed by the contract. At no time did the owner show any concern that the work had not been properly done. He did, however, send the same employee back to my house to look at the work. The employee immediately saw and acknowledged the problems with the floors. He came prepared to "try to remedy" the situation, and he repeatedly advised me that at the company wanted him to charge me more money due to the time lapse. I am not sure that he knew exactly how to best remedy the situation as the issues were much worse after he left and the "spots" that he tried to clean and reapply the polish now look worse than before; and those spots boldly stand out. I will need to hire another company to come and correct/redo all this work. I don't know if my floors have now been permanently damaged in his "scrubbing off" the initial polish. I should also say that I was very pleased with the cleaning of the grout on my tile floors.

    They cleaned a couch. It was a white couch. It had never been cleaned before. When they cleaned it, you could still see where part of it was cleaned and part of it was not. There were lines when they were going across with the machine, like streaks. It is noticeable. There are like light and dark parts. Part of it got cleaned and part of it didn't get cleaned. The carpet cleaning was good. It was the sofa and chair that didn't come out that good. There were no stains on it. The furniture was white and it made the dark part more noticeable. If somebody had white furniture, I wouldn't recommend them. They were very responsive.

    Zerorez Carpet Cleaning
    On Tuesday, April 4, the Zerorez serviceman arrived at the beginning of my scheduled window of time.  It took him 45 minutes to clean the carpets.  After the 5 hour time frame that he gave me for the carpets to be dry, I checked areas that were still overly saturated with water.  I called customer service and was told to give it 3 more hours and to call back by 6 if there was still a problem.  I called back with my concerns that the carpet was still saturated in several areas.  I did not want the carpet to mildew.  I used several fans to try to aid the drying process.   Also, as some of the areas dried, a few soiled areas re-appeared so I asked for some spot cleaning as well as examination of the areas that were over saturated.    I was given a window of arrival time to be between 7:30 and 9:30 the next morning (April 6).  No one showed up during that time.  At 10:40 I had a phone message asking to reschedule my appointment.  I called back to request service.  I was told that the next available appointment would be Monday, which was six days from the original cleaning.  I would be called Saturday with a window for arrival time.  It doesn't seem to me that they are interested in checking the condition of my carpeting or completing the job to my satisfaction.

    Excellent service.  Responded quickly with a schedule; called a head of time and arrived on time. Did an excellent job cleaning carpet we had almost given up on. Would definitely recommend again. Grade = A+.

    i was led to believe their technique was different, aka dry clean, when in actuality, it's the same as other providers i've used.  they were professional and prompt and i would recommend them but would suggest an elaboration on the 'dry' because my carpets took just as long to dry as with any of the other services i've used.

    This is the first time in over 9 years that I've encountered an individual/business that did what he said he would do, better than he said he would do it, and sooner than he said he would do it. I was so impressed with him - he is absolutely wonderful!

    He was prompt in responding to my initial phone call and we set up a date. He called me prior to the appointment and told me that he had a cancellation and offered to give me that spot, which I appreciated!

    His work was just spot on. The prices were reasonable. He had to repair the carpet in my husband's office. He set up conservative expectations and we were blown away with the finished results. It looked like brand new carpet!

    I would highly recommend him! If I could give him higher than an A I would!

    They did fairly well. It didn’t hold up like I thought it would. I probably wouldn’t use them again. The guy that came out was okay but I just wasn’t completely happy with the job. There were still some spots when he finished but I requested that he go back over them and he did.

    The service was absolutely great.  I had approximately 3,000 square feet of carpet cleaned in my home.  I have 3 kids in my house and there were several stains of wasted liquids and a couple of high traffic areas.  They worked extremely hard on each stain until it was removed.  I also had spots of chewing gum they were able to remove from the carpet.  They worked for about 6 hours making sure the carpet was cleaned.  They didn't try to stick me with extra costs of stain removal.  Matt and Liz were extremely nice and have such a good work ethic.   It was the best carpet cleaning service I have received since living in the house for 10 years.  I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
