We had the best experience with Trock Roofing, so far the best company in the Metropex, good workmanship and every crew they sent to our house were very kind and professional, I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone to take care of your restorations or even small repairs, we asked them to take care of other stuff around our house and the project manager worked with us on prices and budget, they went the extra mile with our project, very proud to be one their costumers as even the principal owner showed up and make sure everything was good before I gave them the final payment

I hired them cause the Coco sounded honest an he definitely knew what he was talking about it takes a while to get the window then he send someone to install window an damaged the drywall with a pray roof which they didn’t seem to care also front window had grids an the grids were wrong in two windows he then makes me feel like it’s ny fault an I agree to pay half for replacement of the two at his cost when they delivered then one had a crack on it which I should’ve expected at this point an then he says that it was not broken when delivered if u hire make sure everything is what u expected before payment if not they will not come back an make it right the little money I save is not worth it.IMO

Renew was great to work with. They worked with us to provide us what we requested in windows and financially. We split our new window order and installation in half over a year or so timeframe to allow us time to safe and take on the project. They cleaned up afterward and were careful of the surroundings both inside and outside.

The job went as planned and described to me every step of the way. John with JMAC took the lead in dealing with Metlife on my behalf as he understood the claims process better than I did. This required a few interactions over several months because initial payouts from big insurance are intentionally low and slow and don’t take into account damaged items found once the repair process begins and additional damage is uncovered. In the end, I had a new roof that was nicer looking and better quality than the original roof. They are also a locally based company, and did not ask for an “upfront cash deposit” or any other red flag which would indicate I’m about to be scammed. Would recommend JMAC to anyone!

Ken Dunn is a Senior Project Manager for Jon Wright Industries and is our neighbor in Cielo Ranch.    It is my pleasure to recommend Ken Dunn.  Ken is a personable man that made it seem like we were working with a friend who cares about a job done well for us.   He worked on our behalf to coordinate the replacement of our roof, roof vents, gutters and broken window from Hail damage.    All we had to pay was our deductible.    Ken handled everything and worked with our insurance company to get them to pay for all the damage and to include items they left off their initial scope of work. He also got them to cover correcting the attic ventilation to meet building codes.    Our new roof was installed properly. The old roof had metal drip edge that was going behind the gutters (it should drip INTO the gutters) and the attic was not ventilated correctly. Ken installed solar power vents with lifetime warranties for exhaust and 10 extra soffit vents to correct intake.   We appreciate Ken’s excellent manner and pointing out improvements and placement of roof vents and proper installation of the materials (leak barrier, synthetic underlayment and drip edge) so that the roof functions at peak design.    Ken also coordinated with the gutter crew to relocate and upsize a downspout that emptied on top of a first story roof. The downspout now empties at ground level and greatly reduces water on that section of roof.   Thank you Ken!    If you have any roofing needs, I definitely recommend you contact Ken. He can be reached at 214-738-9052 or via email at KenDunn@JonWrightIndustries.com   P.S. - there are many roofers out there. However, unlike Jon Wright Industries, very few can say they have installed over 25,000 roofs, have the same foremen for the last 26 years, or have won the Angie's List Super Service Award every year since 2010 - awarded to top contractors with the most positive customer reviews (like this one).     Sincerely,   Robert and Pam  671 Comanche Circle  Shady Shores

We couldn't be happier with the brighter light that we now have in our kitchen. The fact that it's a quality energy efficient skylight makes it all the better. Chris did the install. So far no problems. We haven't had a good rain yet, but I don't expect to see any leaking issues. If you are looking to install or replace a skylight, please give Chris a call for a professional job. You'll be glad you did.

Installation was excellent and on time. The issue we had was that we didn't feel it was made clear that the windows would be tinted to the extent they were. We wanted clear glass or as close to that as possible. Poor communication was the cause we think.

It was awesome! Very Professional and helpful in understanding what was to be repaired. And, worked great with my insurance company on the claim. David Votava,Project Manager was referred to me by family members that had contracted with Jon Industries from the Irving area and Frisco area. This is what I wanted. Someone that knew what was needed and highest quality of work and ethics. David was so patient in going over all the submissions to my insurance company and coordinating every job. Each contractor was under his watch and David returned to make sure each repair was complete and to my satisfaction. Thank you David for a great job! He even showed me how to reduce my home insurance by 26% and increase the value of my home by 6%. Cannot thank you enough for the time and great service you provided!

Whenever I need windows replaced in the future, I will always use Remodelers, Inc. because of quality workmanship and a quality product. Window replacement is routinely a multi-phase operation with any company. Phase 1: Ed Robbins, operations manager, conducted a free estimate on what needed to be done, took preliminary measurements on all windows, and explained the pros and cons of the various materials that I had the option to select. I felt no pressure to buy. However, I was so impressed with his apparent integrity, genuinely friendly demeanor, and the fact that 100% of his previous customers had given him an “A” rating on Angie's list, that I felt comfortable in not seeking estimates from any other contractors; that's something I rarely do. He didn't start filling out the contract until I asked him to. (After signing the contract, I had three days to exercise ‘Buyer's Remorse’ and cancel the contract.) Phase 2: Within a few days, a re-measurer came out to take final window/glass measurements that the manufacturer/fabricator would use to produce the final product. Duplication of measurements between Phase 1 and Phase 2, by mutually independent individuals, provided a level of quality control that the fabricator was held responsible for. Then, if any measurement mistakes became evident when the units arrived, it would be obvious that it would be the fabricator's problem to fix at their expense, not Ed's company. Phase 3: Three to four weeks are required for the Oklahoma fabricator to provide the finished product, since my project had to be scheduled along with all the other customer projects that were already in the queue. Phase 4: After four weeks, Ed's installation subcontractor, Kurt Howell of AmeriTint, and George (Kurt’s subcontractor), did an awesome job of installation, pre-installation protection of the worksite around each window, and post-installation cleanup. They were very professional, competent, experienced, paid meticulous attention to detail, and provided a quality installation that went above and beyond ‘the call of duty’. What more could you ask for? From Ed’s initial estimate on August 18, to the final day of installation on October 11, the project took 7.5 weeks. Any such project requires an amount of lead time to complete, commensurate with the size of the project, and how many customers are already on the fabricator's schedule. Thank you, Ed, Kurt, and George - well-done!

It was great! The installers were very friendly with my elderly in-laws. They took the time to show us tips on how to take care of them, and even some things about the warranty. They will be my go to for anything window related. We did get a quote from them to replace some doors as well, but their estimate was a little high.
