    I don���t usually write reviews but I felt it necessary this time. Calahan Construction has come through in the clutch for the second time with my A/C repair. (2 different houses) From here on out Calahan Construction will be my FIRST call. I tried to give opportunities to friends of friends and gotten burned both times. Each time Mr. Calahan has come through to clean up their mess! In both situations previous repair companies offereoptions of new units or extremely high price repairs. Mr. Calahan provided me with pictures and a detailed explanation of my problem and did repairs at a fraction of the cost! Extremely professional and efficient service! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in the DFW that need a/c work completed!

They originally installed a new AC system with zoning and cured a heat and air temperature differential issue within areas of our home. Their workers are pleasant and professional ( Garfield has been great to work with ) and they have always been fair and honest.

    Work Environmental Systems Inc
    Called on Monday. Tech was supposed to come out on Thursday. Called company at 5:00pm Thursday and was told they may still make it. Didn't work for me as I had to leave. Scheduled for Friday morning. By 12:30pm nothing. Called. Was told later in the day. Showed up on Saturday morning. Wasn't too concerned as I know this is a busy time of year. On Saturday, the tech cleaned unit and it seemed better for a few days. Then seemed to be failing again. Called to discuss and the man with whom I spoke spent several minutes on the phone reviewing the issue. He was very professional and I was pleased that he took the time to review the issue. Scheduled a visit for Thursday to recheck. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday came an went with no show and no call. Apparently they lost the appointment. Discussed it with someone on the phone and his response was that it wasn't for a specific time. I would think that if it was for Thursday, it would occur on Thursday during what would be considered normal hours for this type of thing. I have wasted time with this and it ould have been avoided by simple, courteous communication.

    Repair Masters Heat & Air, LLC
    Repair Masters came out to do a Furnace tune up on 28 June, 2018. The next day I noticed there was water dripping from the ceiling under the furnace. This had never happened before. I called the technician and he told me he would get back to me on Monday. Monday, July 2nd, I didn���t hear anything from them so I texted them on Tuesday. Finally, another technician came around 8PM on Wednesday 3July. He fixed the problem with the leak and it still is fine. The problem I have is that there is water damage from 6 days of leaking water. They do not feel they are responsible for the water damage. In the contract it clearly states: -Check duct integrity, cleanliness and proper support Angie's List wants me to buy a GOLD membership before they even pick up the phone.

My neighbors have seen their truck in front of my house and I've had several of them ask me what I had done and would I mind telling them the price. I say well I have this and, this and this is what it cost me if I didn't have their contract. They said, "Wow, that's good.". So, I do believe their prices are fair and competitive.

    They installed a three-ton unit. Before, the president of the company came out and did an energy audit on my entire house and gave me and recommendation on what I can do immediately to make my house energy efficient and made most of those changes. Then, when he came back and gave me the estimate on the unit. He showed me all of the calculations, and he came up with the same size that I currently have of my air conditioning and heating unit. He gave me the confidence as a buyer that this wasn't just " Yeah, let's put the same one that you had before."
