This doctor also sees my children with similar diagnosis.  He is astute and careful with his medications and prescribing.  He has fought my insurance when they tried to change my expensive medications that have kept me completely stable for seven years.  I have not need to see a hospital for that long instead of twice a year with depression.  He is ultra careful not to overmedicate the children and I.
His staff remind me of Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee from Alice in Wonderland.  He himself is rather like the White rabbit, his pocket is that blasted Bluetooth ear piece.
His flaws are that he is over extended and understaffed.  It is NOT a great idea to call after hours but I will say this:  He is genuine and cares.
I am a complex patient with a complex life and he handles all well.  Plus, we have not paid on time and he is very kind about it.  This doctor is one who is either applauded or strongly disliked.  He is disliked by persons who try to get class 2 medications for addiction.  However, I am on two Class 2 medications which I rue but they work.
This is a great doctor!  As one who has searched for 25 years I know.

He would loosen his collar whenever he saw me and put me on a slew of ill matched medications.
He dumped me on full meds without letting me find another provider or tapering me off resulting in hospitalization.  He wanted bored housewives and carved lovely furniture.  That was his only redeeming feature.  I am not rude but have a complex diagnosis.  I reported him to my insurance after he refused to reschedule but wrote in his notes "patient refuses to see me."  Guess whom the insurance believed?  Their customer or the provider?

Unfortunately, he did not accept my insurance. I cannot find a therapist as of yet. I can say, most are atrocious. I enjoyed talking to him on the phone and he did give me a referral to a gruff, unpleasant sort.

I'd taken him to 3 or 4 neurologists and they just wanted to put him on pain pills and check back in 3 months. They wouldn't listen - he was in pain for 2 years. They were treating the symptoms - not bothering to find the cause.

Dr. Krusz diagnosed my husband properly and educated us on what the diagnosis. He saw my husband was in pain and said their first job was to get him out of pain. I would recommend this man to anybody - I would've taken my mother to him. I trust him with my husbands life and my life. For example, we had to go in without an appointment after a root canal that set off the pain. They saw the pain he was in, took him right away, and started treating him. They treated him for 12 hours - the doctor and staff staying until 9pm until the pain had subsided. I can't say enough about him and the staff. He's just amazing. He spends the time he needs to with every patient so there may be a wait, but it's because he's putting what's important first. He treats you like the most important person in the world when you're with him.

The communication was very poor for the most part. There was no family counseling until I asked for ti when they wanted to discharge him. We were told he would get psychiatrist visits as part of out-patient services but he did not. It took several weeks and escalations to get them to foll out his discharge paperwork so he could go back to work. We wrote letters of compalint and they didn't respond. Eventually after follow-up calls to the top administrator threatening to go to the regulatory agencies, they called back but did very little. They were supposed to creidt our expenses for outside psychiatric treatment but it's been six months and they have stopped returning phone calls. Meanwhile they are demanding fullpayment for the balance due, even though they didn't provide the services we were todl they would provide.

I went there for a preliminary and they provided in-patient health treatment. I was there for about four days. It was probably one of the worst healthcare experiences I?ve had, not because of the health issues, but for the quality of care. The check-in was immediate but the actual treatment was awful. It was 12-15 hours since the time I checked in before someone came and talked to me. The staff was always watching TV and did not attend to me. There were bugs all over the place. The overall experience has been very negative and I will not use their services again.

With the delays in getting an appointment, my son's condition worsened. He was suffering from severe depression and other symptoms. His counselor determined he was a danger to himself and that he needed to go in-patient to avoid making matters worse. As soon as I learned this on Friday, I called Dr. Watt's office and spoke with his assistant and let her know I didn't think he would make his Wednesday appointment because he was going in-patient. She seemed to agree it was unlikely so I thought we had canceled the appointment. My son called me a few minutes later telling me that Dr. Watt's assistant had called him and said that his deposit might be forfeited. I called her back and asked her why she had called my son when I had told her he was going in-patient due to severe depression. At first she tried to deny what she had said but she pretty much ended up admitting it. She said she had to check with the doctor because she thought we needed to call by 10 am that morning to cancel the Wednesday appointment and I had called on Friday afternoon. She said she would check with the Doctor and would call me back on Monday. I asked her to have doctor call me. Neither one did. A few weeks later we got a bill for $300 from Dr. Watts for a no-show. They charged my credit card $100 five days after I told them my son couldn't make the appointment. They billed my son for another $200. We wrote Dr. Watts a letter of complaint on February 20th. It has been more than two weeks and we have not received a phone call, nor a written response. I have since contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge.
