    I had Christian Brothers of Corinth look into the air conditioning system in my PT Cruiser Turbo (5 speed). They discovered the evaporator (in the dash) was the source of the leak. Knowing what was required to replace the evap core (complete dash removal), I had their team replace the core for me. It has been three weeks since the replacement, and I haven't encountered any issues with the environmental controls (heating or cooling). There are no extra rattles from the dash, and I haven't discovered any issues from the dash being removal to get to the core. Everything was in order from the day I received it. I had them also look into a windshield washer issue as well, but declined to have it repaired as I could fix that myself. They also completed the state inspection for the vehicle. I am very please with the work done on the car. There was a bit of heavy grease smell in the vehicle once I received the car back, but it dissipated over a few days. More than likely, just the outcome of having to use the dye in the AC system. It was an expensive repair, but cheaper than a new car or a used car with questionable history, Thanks for the great work.

    When you find honesty and integrity with qualified well trained mechanics, it's had to go wrong. I'm a hard person to deal with, but we get a long great, to me there word is like gold. I love the fact they have loaner cars. I paid over $1,000 for work and had work done for free.

    Car began spewing coolant late on a Sunday night as I was traveling through Denton. I have never had a car break down on me, much less 6 hours away from home. With no appointment, I limped the car down to Bill Utter Ford first thing Monday morning. Eddie immediately took me in, got my car fixed and back on the road in under 4 hours. Every employee I encountered seemed happy to be working here, smiling and greeting customers. Great experience. Very thankful for their prompt, accurate and customer focused service!

    The airbags had a recall. They told us they would let us know when they got them in. They called and we took the car to them and they replace the airbags. We've been customers of theirs since 2012. They are very efficient. The waiting area is very nice, comfortable and cool. The work was done within a day.

    I'll need to go again in about two months. My car is under warranty but they don't pay for that. It's a fair price. They irritated me one time but it was just the once. I've been taking my car there for a year and only one time a guy just wasn't very nice. But they've always been nice every other time. I'm not going to punish them for the one guy having a bad day I guess. I've only just taken the vehicle in for regular oil changes. It's a good little friendly place.

    Bare Bones Auto Repair
    I was charged by their office manager as I was trying to leave. They still had my keys. They continued to scream at me to get out and I continued to demand my keys. Bottom line, I was an unhappy customer who spent 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting on a simple service that typically takes 15 minutes. Im pregnant, considered high risk and have strict times to take my meds. I asked twice what was taking so long and got blown off. I explained I had important meds to take. By the time they were done, the service guy said he ran into some technical issues. I said that was still a long time to wait. He threw the receipt and pen down and told me I wasn't welcome back. The owner agreed with him. They started screaming at me to leave. The service guy called me a very rude name that I won't repeat. The office manager chimed in and started screaming at the top of her lungs. I was shaking and wanted to leave. I told them all they needed to do was be considerate and apologize. I understand getting busy beyond control. I work in a high stress job. But when my clients get impatient I don't scream obscenities. I try to make it right. These people were extremely rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Do not waste your time!

    STILL waiting on return calls from the dealership. I plan on filing complaints with BBB, Texas Attorney General, and Chrysler. This dealership used bait and switch tactics, failed to keep promises and basically rigged up a "get by" solution.

    TECHNICIAN'S ON WHEELS INC
    I partly handicapped so I couldn?t change the tire.  I called them and it turned out two tires were damaged in the process.  They brought me home first since it was already late at night, and then towed my vehicle back to the shop.  They made the repairs and dropped of the car at my house the next day.

    A different time they towed me they actually drove my daughter to junior college one day because we didn?t have a vehicle.  I highly recommend them to others.

    Advanced Auto Repair
    They did the engine work & after a few days my engine light came back on. Most mechanics I've dealt with usually tell you that it's not related to the repairs they just made and it's not going to be covered under the warrantee. Not Advanced, they said that they missed another related part that needed to be replaced & the mechanic should have seen that. They ordered the part to be overnighted to them, and that they were covering it all under the warrantee. Amazing! Advanced will tell you what needs to be repaired now & why, and tell you what can wait until a later time & save the info on their computer so you can avoid additional diagnostic fees. It's hard to find an honest mechanic and Advanced Auto Repair is the only one we trust.

    They are pretty good. They could have been a little more personable. The mechanics and technicians were awesome. As far as the office staff, I wasn't comfortable with the attire that the female employees wore. I did not care to see her girls hanging all out there. Their responsiveness was pretty good.
