    I truly believe I was supernaturally guided to this company. I am having problems finding the words that would adequately describe the absolute care and service I was greeted with from the very first phone call My life is so busy with so many demands Place upon me that is actually been about 8 months since I needed their services and I have just now finally had a moment to write this review despite my having carried a deep appreciation for their professionalism, personalized care for my family which included making sure to assess the situation the very day I called. My mother-in-law's main power line coming into her house was so badly damaged that the risk of Fire was extremely high. The people at Clements electric work with me late into the evening preparing me for the aspects of the job which I had to deal with the city directly. And then they were at my mother-in-law's house at 5 a.m. the next morning. They truly truly gave my family situation the priority it needed, probably saving my mother-in-law's house from fire and my marriage from her needing to move in with us. {Just kidding Mom} Every employee I came in contact with was not only an excellent representation of an upstanding business in our community but also the purest example of mankind at his very best I am sorry it has taken so long for me to get this review written for you And to anyone needing an electrician, you truly are doing yourself a disservice if you do not at least contact this company to explain your situation and see for yourself what it is like to have a friend handle the unexpected headache that has injected itself into your life.

    Excellent! Two employees - Scotty and Tanner came out Professional, courteous. they called before coming to let me know they were on the way. got here very quickly. I'm very pleased and will be using Reynolds for all my electrical needs in the future - will also be recommending them to anyone who needs electrical work.

    Bought new house and provided TXU with the new address. All paper work listed address I gave TXU to hook up. Moved in on Monday, Wednesday power went off.
    9:30am - I called and they said power would be restored by 12:30 via automated system.
    1:00pm - called and they informed me that power had been restored at 9:40 that morning.
                      Told them that the power was still off and they checked the meter remotely, said problem was on my side.
                     Called electrician and we determined that the meter was only passing 30 volts.
    2:30pm - Called TXU back and they said that they would dispatch Oncor.
                     Oncor showed up and found that I have two meters one on the house, one on the garage (backside and hidden).
                     TXU had turned on the garage meter not the house.
    3:30pm - called TXU back and they said that they could turn on the house meter but found that the meter was listed as a
                    address, I ended up getting hung up on 4 times and each time had to explain what was going on
    6:30pm - after being on hold with TXU most of 3 hours and noting that the on-hold music only had 18 piano notes in the score
                     (mostly just a bass player). I got a supervisor that said she was able to send a connect to Oncor to get the meter
                     hooked up before midnight but she could not guarantee because of the thanksgiving holiday. but it was scheduled for
                     Saturday at least.
    10:00pm - still no power, ran extension cord from garage to keep fridge and TV up.
    Thursday (Thanksgiving)
     6:00pm - Wife got home before me around and no power. Called TXU and was able to get someone to resubmit the meter
                      turn on
    7:30pm - We have power. Signed contract for 12 months but switching at 12 months + 1 day. I cannot afford these kind of
                     problems when the weather is getting colder. They say that TXU prides itself on customer service but this is

    Because this was handled through our home insurance and Mr Restore company I wont know how much the charge for adding two new plugs in our kitchen turned out to be. Anything over 200.00 would definately be too much! The company was to be here at 930 am. They finally arrived at 1pm. Two hours later he was finally finished and was walking out the door when i saw him and had to ask if he was complete or if there were any instructions I needed to let our contracter know. He then told me the notes he needed to. I have no idea what I would have done if I hadnt seen him escaping! Other than the issues above he worked non stop until it was completed so i dont think the time was the actual repair persons issue, I believe it was mis communication between his company he as to what was to be expected.
