  • I have used Jerry's Shell for all of my repairs for the past 10 years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the work and service given.  They go out of their way to make sure that the job is done right.  Russell has taken extra time to diagnose problems, and shows me every step repair process if I am present.  He once spent several hours of his own time to diagnose and fix an electrical problem with one of my vehicles, and only charged me for one hour of labor.  They have told me when certain repairs were not needed like they had originally had thought.  I was able to return the $400 worth of parts that I bought, and then they fixed my problem for $60.  They could have easily charged me several hours of labor to install the new parts, but they are always very honest.  They have saved me a great deal of money over the past 10 years.  Jerry's Shell provides stellar service every time I bring my vehicles in for service, and I give them my highest recommendation.

  • Work took longer than expected. Car was there for five days. Work seems to be fine.
    on a recent trip I arrived there before they opened to be first in line. After about 2 hours they told me I was second in line.

  • They got on it pretty quick. Repair was done by 3:00 the next day. Good old country folks. Honest and down to earth people. Hard to find a good mechanic that isn't concerned with a Big Dealership pressure over his head. They just care about the customer instead of the hourly rates. They even had several used cars out front to sell. Prices were reasonable. Especially if you need a good second hand car.

    This provider has recently taken over WildBlue Satellite Internet from Douglassville, TX.  The few times I have had to make a phone call to them, they were so great in helping me determine my problem, with no service call necessary.  We plan on staying with them for a long time.

  • This was the best experience I have ever had dealing with auto repairs.  I am an elderly single woman. Most of the time I feel like I have been ripped off but Mr Campbell called before they made repairs, gave me an estimated cost and an estimated time of when it would be ready.  Everything went perfect.  Would gladly refer friends and family to them.

  • They explained that the A/C compressor was leaking fluid onto the belt and would have to be replaced. They got the part and had the job completed in 48 hours. The total price was consistant with their estimate. The front end of the shop lacks 'curb appeal,' but the wormanship seems well done.

  • He came to my house to do the replacement of the auto glass, which was very convenient.  He was there when he said he would be, and took as long as he said.  All paperwork was correct and in order to work with the insurance company.  Good instructions were given for how to treat the glass over the next two days for maximum sealing.  I highly recommend The Cutting Edge Auto Glass!

  • This shop has performed many routine lubrication and state inspections on this car in the past. The manager found that the air conditioner compressor was leaking coolent onto a belt. He showed me the problem area, but said they didn't have the facility to perform the repair. He referred me to an independent service shop and said there was no charge for his inspection and diagnosis. My history with this shop has been very favorable, including other times of courtesy service without charge. I recommend it highly.

  • We requested a report on the "check engine" light and the resason for a hard shift between gears 1 and 2 in the automatic transmission of our 2005 Mazda 3.  The service writer did not give us an estimate of their fee for analysing the electronic engine control system.  We called the next day & were told that the light was due to a faulty thermostat in the cooling system, and that the transmission has an "internal malfunction."  We choose not to have the repairs done at this location, and were charged $89.96 for the diagnosis.  We felt this was excessive and contacted John Chak for an explanation.  He confirmed that the charge was correct for the inspection work performed.
