  • It went extremely well.  Tom helped me self-diagnose over the telephone to remedy the problem.  Most electronic service companies would not give the time Tom did to help me out.  Kudos to Tom Miller!  I will definitely recommend him to my friends and will call him again if I have another issue with any of my electronic needs.  Thank you Tom!

  • They have two salons, one is a concept salon, the other one is a bigger salon, and I go to both salons because the specific hairdresser I use goes to both of them.  I am used to her, I know that she is good and I know she would do what I want.  We have a nice comfortable working relationship and she is just a great person but if she is not available, I do use other stylists and they are just as competent.  She knows me; she has gotten to know my kids so I am very comfortable with her.  One salon is smaller than the other one and they both have a great atmosphere.  One is busier because it is a much bigger salon.  It is generally about $150 to $200 for my hair and I get a lot done, color, highlight and all kinds of stuff.  I haven’t been anywhere else in many, many years so I am obviously comfortable with the price.  I could just walk-in and someone will be available because they have walk-in services.

  • I had requested a specific song to be played at my sons funeral and a dove be released. They told me that the weather was too bad to have the dove be released, but when I contacted the company that the dove was supposed to supplied by they said that they had never even been contacted. The song wasn't played and my son had requested that specifically. They had the wrong dates in the news paper and the printed programs. The visitation and the funeral were handled inefficiently and unprofessionally.

  • I was given this company's name by a television station. They send their equipment there for repair so I gave them a try. The contact person was the owner not the technician. It just happened that the tech was out to lunch when I picked up my camera. But the company did call me back to make sure I was happy. I will remain happy as long as the camera remains happy.
