  • The staff did a great job on my crown that had fallen out. They re-glued it in for only $15 dollars.
    The deep cleaning was rather painful--- but effective. I do wish that the hygienist had given me something afterward to cope with the pain-- I pretty much did not want to open my mouth for a day and a half.   The regular cleaning and the crown replacement went reasonably well--- though again there was more pain and sensitivity involved than I was comfortable with. The dental staff did explain to me that they did not want to numb me up because they needed to check the fit and placement of the crown. So I understood why they did it the way they did.
    All in all the staff is courteous, and the service is good.  They are a little less solicitous than some past dentists I have gone to- but they are  also far more afford-ably priced.

  • They are nationwide so where ever I am at, or where ever I go, I can get what I need from them.  So when I am in Colorado I can go to their company there.  They are friendly and they do what it takes to get you what you need.  They are very personable.  Once people own oxygen they are not as mobile as I am, they generally stay at home and I don’t so I do pop in there or they come in and fill my oxygen tank and replace them every two weeks.  I have a back pack machine that I have to sleep with at night.  It is a machine that puts pressure and puts air down while you are sleeping and they provide that.  They also have respiratory therapist on site to replace parts and filters and all that kind of stuff.  Any time that I need anything they make sure and if it is possible they get it for me.

  • It is hard to go with my oxygen and then if the weather is bad I usually don’t go if it is too hot or too cold because I can get sick anytime and if I end up in hospital my lungs are not healthy enough.  So I need to cancel this membership but they had trainers and I had signed a contract with them for a year.  But when it comes to the time of renewing it and you did not tell them that you are not going to renew it they would automatically sign you up for another year without even asking.  So I fought with them over that because I could not even find a copy of my contract after a year.  It was shady but the trainer was really good, as far as staying with you to do your stretches and all the things that you are supposed to do.  I just did not like the way they handled the contract bill.  Due to my medical condition I could have bailed out but I was determined to stay the whole year with them since I signed up but it was ridiculous for them to think that I would do another year and be forced to do.  Even my doctor did not want me to do it because he was sure that the trainer would push me too hard.

  • The Walgreens that I use is very good.  I can do my prescriptions either on line or call them and they are ready for me.  So it is pretty convenient.  They have good customer service.

  • My experience with them was good.  The office environment, the staff members and the dentists were good.  I went to them because I got them from a trusted source or a friend.  Their communication skills were definitely great and their treatment was very effective.

  • If you need a foot doctor she is really good. It is a pleasant office environment. She operated on me four times and there were things that needed to be done and she did a good job. I would recommend her. She is good. The staff is wonderful. The office is nice and neat and clean. The wait time is not very much at all so you don't have to sit and wait forever, maybe fifteen twenty minutes at the top, after my appointment, which I think is nothing. She is good. She has always been there when I have needed her. She has a TV on in there so you can sit and watch TV while you wait, so it's good. She has always been on time. The staff is extremely friendly. They are good. She has always let me know whatever I have needed to know.

  • He is a very good dentist. He is gentle and I hate dentists, I really loathe them but he makes it as pleasant as you can possibly make a dental experience. He is probably the best one I have ever been too and he is a relatively young doctor. He is very pleasant; he talks and puts you at ease. He is as good as a dentist can be. Office environment is extremely pleasant and friendly. Wait times are virtually nil because you have an appointment, you walk in there and in two or three minutes you are being called back. He has always been available whenever I have needed him. In the office, they have bottles of water for you when you get there and coffee and it is just very pleasant. The ladies that work there, is very pleasant. The staff is really nice. They are really sweet. He is as pleasant as a dentist can be. Everything he did, work. The billing is good; their method of doing it is very good. They bring you into this little room and close the door and go over with whatever you need and you have the privacy, nobody else needs to know your business and they are very good.

  • The system was worth $32000.  We have been using them for years.  When they came out this past fall, he basically condemned our heating system because he found holes in the side of the furnace which could have given us Carbon monoxide poisoning.  I have been using them for eight years in them coming out every fall and spring to do that.  We knew we needed a new system and he let us know that it was going down for the last couple of years.  We had a really, really bad builder that is out of business now and we knew he had installed a faulty air conditioning system in our house.  I have never had a problem with anyone that has come out and more than one person has come out.  I have worked with almost all of them in the company, because it is a small company and they all have been professional.  When we had our new system installed, five or six men came out.  One of the things that really impressed me was that when they did the first system, one day after the inspector from the company came out and inspected the system to make sure everything was okay.  He checked if I had any questions about the new system and if I knew how to use the control board.  He explained everything really well.  What impressed me the most was that they came out the next day to make sure everything was properly installed and was okay. The price was competitive and quality was excellent.  They were really good.  It is an excellent company.

  • I've gone to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - Kingwood for a number of years. They are pretty good about getting me in, they listen to me, and there are a lot of doctors available who all have access to my records.

  • Their staff is really good! They are very caring and attentive towards the patients. The entertainment system for the patients in the room is very good, it's more like being at home than being in a hospital!
