Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Shaun was just amazing, can`t say enough good things about him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, on time and very trustworthy (and great with my two dogs, which is important to me). He worked very hard and efficiently. The results are excellent and I am extremely happy with all the work he has done. He went above and beyond and assisted me in obtaining the materials needed and explaining the process. He was very patient as I recently had surgery and even assisted me in picking up the materials. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future.

  • Let's start with last year when it was suggested to install a zoning system to correct the cooling issues in my house.
*. it took them 3 days working off and on to install the system.
    * after they finished, a duct was flapping around open in the attic
    * there was no mastic placed on any of the joints
    * they had duct work tied off to lights in the attic
    * they had duct work that was smashed flat
    * BONUS: after correcting most of these issues, my house cools no better than before
Now for the most recent visit
    The call to the company
    * thermostat in one zone temperature toggle went out. These are guaranteed for 5 years.
    * upstairs zone is not blowing any air. over 95 degrees up there. This should also be warranted. Less than a year since install.
Friday afternoon called company for service.  Was relayed that they could not get anyone out until Monday.  Not happy about this as this should be warranted work, but I can understand that many people probably have no AC.  Meanwhile the coils froze over on Saturday shutting down the AC.  I get them unfrozen and shut off AC upstairs all together suspecting this is why the coils froze over with the system running but no air blowing over them as the gate will not open.
Monday no one shows; no call from company.  Wife has stayed awake all day to wait for them. She works night and has to work that night, too.  Called the company and they relay no one will make it today. We relay disappointment and that coils had froze over weekend. Reschedule for Wednesday.
Wednesday no one shows. Wife calls again relaying that she is disappointed that they again perform a no show / no call.  They send a tech out that has no experience with zone system. States no one in the company knows about zone system any longer. The previous techs that installed system left the company. Also, insists that the whole problem is two filters on the AC system. It's been this way for the 4 years since our old system was replaced. Don't understand.
Thursday afternoon tech shows. He's sick. Bad sick.  Replaces the thermostat and charges system. Says everything should be fine and leaves.  Temperature in house goes from 78 to 80 in about 30 minutes. Outdoor unit is off will not start. Call the company back demanding they send someone out to investigate.  Electrical crew comes out that can barely speak English. Finds that the newly installed thermostat is the issue. They remove it. House begins to cool again.  But upstairs zone is still not blowing.
Friday morning call company. Ask if someone is going to come out today to fix the issues that have not been addressed. Relay our concern over no one being able to fix zoned system after they installed it. They confirm previous techs left, but the tech that came out over the last two days should be able to figure out the issues.  What?  He has already stated he does not know how fix zoned systems.
Friday afternoon. No show; No call, again.
tl: dr: No shows. No calls. Not fixed. Shoddy work. Can't support system installed.

  • He was not very professional. He tried to charge me $200 for an assessment and service charge the coming to my house. He was very nice the initial time, but after telling him we wouldn't need his services, he was very rude and pushy. He came again to collect his money, and when we refused, he threatened to take me and my husband to court.

  • He came out twice and he was very good.  He was very prompt when he came.  The only reason I didn’t use him is because I didn’t do the job.  We are putting it off for financial reasons and when we do decide do it I will probably have him back for another estimate.  He gave me two separate estimates, the grand total was $100000, one was $55000 and one was for $45000.  He was extremely professional, he seemed to know his business and I really liked his personality.  I would have felt comfortable using him as a contractor.  I have nothing negative to say about him.  He seemed to be a great guy.  It was a lot of work and his quote was quite fair.  There was nothing wrong with his quote.  My perception of him was that he would have done a quality job.

  • Contacted me very quickly but were not the correct company for my particular generator.  They did provide me with workable alternative options.  They were very professional and knowledgeable on the phone.  I would definitely use them in the future.

  • I called for an appointment to install two new electrical outlets in my garage.  I got an appointment right away.  They did an excellent job.  They have always done an excellent job when we have used them.  They are very conscience of doing a job the right and safe way.

  • They did a really great job. He did exactly what he said he was going to do in the time specified at a very reasonable price. He was a real nice guy and easy to deal with. He seemed very honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him at all.

  • Called him on a weekend.  He came out immediately and took care of problem as much as he could 1st day.  Returned on Sunday morning to make sure electricity was on in home.  Returned later in week to install ceiling fan and lights needed. Overall, very happy with service provided.
