About Us

Having been in business for 35 years, we obviously have thousands of customers in the Dallas area. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau for 30+ years and have an A+ rating. We encourage potential customers to check us out both with the BBB and to ask us for referrals from previous or existing customers. Occasionally we do use subcontractors, but we always inform our customers when we do. We use our own employees for 99% of all the work we perform. Installation of french drains

We have had flooding at the back of our home since we moved in four years ago (a long-standing problem that we were not aware of when we bought the house), and we brought out numerous drainage companies to provide suggestions and estimates for fixing the problem. The recommendations ranged from sump pumps, to extensive french drain systems, to re-grading the entire back yard with price tags to match. Texas Oasis was the first company to come up with a straightforward, economical, and reliable system. David came out the day after I called, was punctual, and understood the problem immediately. His design was to install three strategically placed catch basins, several linear feet of 4" pipe, and gutter downspout tie-ins with all of the water being directed to the area of the front yard with the greatest slope and exiting through the front sidewalk into the street. The whole system works using the force of gravity. He sent a description of the plan with an estimate less than a week later (fastest turn-around of any other company). After we signed the contract, we had to wait over a month for scheduling due to rain and didn't hear much from them during that time. But they did contact us as soon as the schedule opened up and came out the same day! The work was completed in two days, the crew was exceptionally courteous, clean, and you never would know they had been in our yard when they finished. It has rained once or twice since the installation and the system works like a dream. No more standing water against our foundation, no more lakes right outside our patio door, no more water infiltration into our back bedrooms. We are exceptionally grateful!

Complete Drainage System

The wait was long due to the high demand, but the wait was worth it. David Block had excellent expertise and was very focused on high customer satisfaction. His team were hard working, talented and did an excellent job -- even with all the shale in our yard. Great job -- cannot wait for it the pour!
