Built an outside deck at the side of our house; with 3 wheelchair accessible ramp, two off the new deck and one off the existing gazebo we have.

They started Thursday October 15th later in the afternoon and finished Monday around 5 pm. They were all very professional, clean, and they left nothing behind. Originally thought that it would take 4 to 5 days to complete, the project was done in 3 days, which was awesome. Our next project to re-do the bathroom will go with Access Solutions...!! I can't wait and will keep y'all posted. thanks Jeff for the wonderful deck and ramps ! Anastasia

Provider was the only one of three Angie's List Vendors who talked with us to find out what we wanted to accomplish with the renovation of our very small bathroom and the adjoining room. He took some measurements of the spaces and within a day or two was back with with a first draft of a floor plan. WE LOVED the first draft. It was just what we wanted. Jeff and his wife who draws the plans co-own the company and employ the teams who do the work. The team arrived on time and left when scheduled.

Jeff and his team have absolutely the highest work ethic of any contractors we have had in our home. Every member of his team only came on site when the part of the work they were to do was ready to be done. They worked diligently to finish the work on schedule. The job began with a complete demo of the bath and adjoining room taking the room down to the studs in the walls and ceilings to be sure there was no termite or water damage. The concrete slab was tunneled with a jack hammer to re-route the outlets for the sewer lines for the water closet and the shower on one side of the room and on the other side it was done to remove two pipes from our old hot tub which had previously been removed. Most of the dust from this was vacumned thru a large tube into a container outside the window. At the end of each day the debri was gathered and removed. Once the plumbing was completed, the holes were filled and the slab was repaired. While this was happening the wiring was done for the changes in floor plan configuration. The outlets and switches were placed higher on the walls to accommodate me because I have degenerative arthritis and some other progressively debilitating stuff with my back. The window was removed as well as the two old doors that provide access into the previouly separate spaces. One pocket door was installed. Granite top vanities were installed on each wall at the end of the room opposite the roll-in shower and the water closet. The sinks were installed on the vanities to allow access via wheelchair if every need. In fact, the entire renovation was done for universal access to accommodate anyone. Mirrors were installed above each vanity and a three light fixture (two up one down) above the mirrors. The shower and floor was tiled with the same tile. The walls and ceilings were painted. New baseboards were installed. On the outside wall, siding wasn't patched were the window was removed but the whole wall was recovered with new siding. An old water heater was removed from the closet adjacent to the bathroom and hot water was re-routed from the water heater in the garage to the new vanities. As Jeff's team finished up the bathroom we decided to have the bedroom patched, prepped and painted as well. this was an additional contract which is included in the total amount shown above. Although, we had not asked to have the baseboards in the bedroom replaced, the team leader decided the room would look better if the baseboards were updated to match the bathroom. No extra charge on the contract. From first draft to last text today, I have been so impressed by the attitude and work ethic of this company and their employees. We are planning a new project for January with them and are looking forward to seeing them here again. Thank you, Jeff for a job well done!
