AReKey Xpress LocksmithI called ReKey Xpress on Thursday 2/8/18 and inquired about their residential home re-key special for $99.95 (tax not included) which includes re-key up to six key-holes and provides four new key copies. The owner had several appointment times available the very next day, including a 5 pm slot (how many service companies offer 5 pm appointment times on Fridays?). I selected the 5 pm slot so I wouldn't have to leave work too early. On Friday, the locksmith texted me at 4:10 pm that he was on his way and arrived on time. I showed him which locks needed to be re-keyed and he started work immediately. It took him about 45 minutes to complete the work. In addition to the four key copies included in the special, I asked them to make me a couple more key copies for $5. The locksmith was punctual, courteous and professional. I would definitely use ReKey Xpress again and refer them to others.- David H.

DbMANnjr Lock Services LLC came from Austin on a Sunday afternoon to our rescue. He did not have to do this because it was on his time off but he did. I am so grateful there are still honest people today who will take time to help someone even on there off time. I would recommend this companies services when in dire need.

BHMC Home RenovationI have used Henry on several rehabs for rental properties. He can get the job done at a price you can afford. This was a big job and it took a few weeks. He has a good eye for problems if you need an estimate and are not sure what can be be done.

DCar Key CypressI called this number to have a car door opened and was quoted a price of $65 over the phone. When the locksmith arrived over 45 minutes later than scheduled, I was told the price was $125. To make matters worse, the technician was borderline rude when I challenged him about the inconsistency. At this point, I had very little recourse other than to allow him to perform the service and contact the company directly about the problem. When I did so, I was promised a phone call from the manager the following day, but never received any further contact. Very unprofessional and I would never use them again - not at any price!

ABravo Key & LockCommunicated well with us on the phone, we were called up within 1 hour of the first business day after our online enquiry. Came out exactly on time and changed all the locks and provided us with the keys within about 45 minutes - he even fixed the back gate for us! It was having trouble closing.
