    I brought leather furniture from Rooms to Go the color started coming off we have only had the furniture barely 3 years they do not stand by there warranties they were very rude not any help at all they sold the furniture as real leather but it's not they provided the cleaner for it which made the color start coming off it was a very expensive set now I'm left to spend more money to see if it can be fixed I will never buy furniture from them again very disappointed in their service.

    Placed an order back in 6/5/14 and I'm still waiting for my dining table and desk. Never received a call to inform me of the furniture being back order. The managers give you the round a round and nothing gets solve in a timely manner. I trusted this people and now I have no furniture. Still waiting for Amir (manager) to call me back.

    Went there to get a mattress set for my Father in law. They sold me a "premium" set. The salesperson called to check inventory and asked that I come in the next day to pick it up as their truck had already left for the day. I went to pick it up and was told to pull around back to the dock. There were four sets leaning up against the garage door and the plastic wrap was ripped off of some exposing them to the outside and dirt from the delivery truck. My mattress set was not there and I was told that the manufacturer discontinued the line and that I had to take a replacement that was delivered in its place. I told them I didn't want a replacement, I wanted my money refunded. The manager got involved and refused to refund me because they have a "No refund" policy. I got my money back by contacting my credit card company. Who sells something they don't have and refuses to refund your costs? EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE F-A-I-L

    Purchased an antique sideboard. It is one of a kind, so can not be replaced. We took a digital photo of it in the store the day of purchase. Foolishly, I wrote a check for the full amount of $1154 that day, with the furniture to have the finish touched up and delivered later. I had purchased a dining set previously with Brandon Furniture and that experience went well. So I was mistakenly confident they were reputable. Upon delivery, it was clearly changed. They changed the cabinet doors to a different style and hoped we wouldn't notice. Also, they had darkened the finish way too much. We contacted Brandon Furniture about it. They said it was impossible to get the original doors back ... hmmm. I wonder why. If it had just been a finish issue, we could work with it. But changing the doors changed the piece. We no longer liked it. So Brandon Furniture agreed to refund us the full price of $1154.13 with a check to be delivered when they picked up the piece to return. They came a week later than the date scheduled at the end of the day on 2/14/09, and did not bring the check. A call to Amir Sanker of Brandon Furniture yielded the promise he would mail the check. That was on 2/14/09. Today is 3/27/09 and still no check despite several emails and phone calls to Amir. He is either deliberately delaying or outright lying about the refund. Hence this review. I strongly caution anyone from doing business with Brandon Furniture. They have two locations in Houston. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Unfortunately, I did not check them out first. The BBB shows them with an unsatisfactory rating. Furthermore, they are difficult to find in the BBB database, because the address is listed as a P.O. Box in Sugar Land, whereas the stores are in Houston. I have since informed the BBB of this so they can rectify it and make it easier for consumers to research Brandon Furniture and their sorry business practices. Who knows how many consumers have not found them because of that.

    The sales person was very friendly but, not pushy at all. Was very thorough and helped us with our decision. She was able to locate the item at the distribution center and call them to have it ready for us to pick up within an hour. That is exceptional service and we enjoyed our visit. The prices were in line with other stores, and she even honored a day old price that had been left displayed too long.

    I purchased this June of 05. I have an ongoing problem trying to get replacement chairs. There was a defect in the chairs. I have called monthly. They say they are ordering them and they have never come in.
