Concrete Repair reviews in Cypress

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • The resealing went great. We had some really tough efflorescence coming through our concrete and Scott and his guys were able to get it out using a ton of elbow grease. I definitely recommend them for taking care of your decorative concrete.

  • Drew and his staff are a very professional group that take there work personally. You can count on them to take care of you and your project with the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend them for my home project!

  • I would not recommend the services of Galvis Watkins of Nu-tech. We entered into contract on 6/24/17. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional and even gave us ink pens. He explained the process and told us the job would be completed before the 4th of July. We paid him each time he asked for payment. The first check was a deposit. The second check was for grass removal, dirt, and rocks and materials for the French drain. The next day (June 29th) he asked for another check for concrete (total $3,100.00) which he stated would be poured the next day no later than Monday. We have not seen him since June 29, 2017. It is August 8, 2017 no dirt, no rocks, no French drain materials, no concrete has been installed. He was supposed to come by August 4 and 5, 2017 to finish the job. He never showed up, called, or texted. It has been excuse after excuse with us having to initiate contact. His favorite excuse has been rain. However, during this same timeframe, the company our HOA hired to repair our neighborhood sidewalk managed to demo, set, and re pour the damaged sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. We requested a refund August 7, 2017 and was accused of breaching the contract and being inpatient. He refused to pick up the uninstalled wood and rebar that was thrown in our backyard. I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for a customer. A three day job has turned into over 40 days and still no patio, French drain, or sidewalk. Now we have to start this process over again. I would not recommend the services of this company.

  • Adrian came out to give an estimate and provided additional insights beyond what I'd received from other contractors. The job was scheduled to start 3 days later. The crew showed up a little earlier than expected and got right to work. The entire job was completed in one day. Adrian came out twice during the day to check on the progress and answer any questions.

  • When I first contacted them they were very quick to provide an appointment to give a quote. Very responsive when I called to schedule the time for the work to be preformed. The only hiccup we had was, the crew was scheduled to start on a specific day, but were delayed. I did not receive a call notifying me of the delay. I understand jobs run behind especially with concrete work, you are at the mercy of the weather, but if there is a delay in the start of the job the customer should be notified immediately. Anyways we work everything out and everyone was very professional and kind. I would hire them again.

  • We called Charles out based on the reviews seen on here. We had a few other bids and felt the most comfortable going with him. He seemed to answer all the questions before I asked them. We worked with Charles on the design and let him know we had a party coming up in the next few weeks. It was a tight window for the work needed, but Charles and his crew made sure it was completed before the party. The finished product was better than we expected.

  • We recently contracted with Allied Outdoor Solutions to replace a portion of our driveway.  The previous homeowner did a poor job in applying an epoxy coating and there were other noticeable cracks which were very unsightly, not to mention the slipping hazards associated with the epoxy coating when it got wet.  The project entailed a full tear out of our existing driveway and a complete repour.  I initially met with one of Allied’s project consultants (Ricky) who explained in detail how the project would run its course.  We debated whether to make the investment initially and had many questions prior to committing to the project.  During this time, the project consultant was very responsive to our questions and gave us significant peace of mind.  Upon removal of the existing driveway, unforeseen issues were encountered which unfortunately delayed the project.  However, the way in which the issues were handled spoke volumes to the integrity of the company and its leadership.  During this time, Allied’s general manager of their concrete division (Bradley) kept me abreast of the status and I had frequent contact with the CEO (Drew) who was very responsive and courteous.  In the end, while the project took longer than anticipated on account of these issues, the end product turned out great and the total cost of the project was very reasonable in light of the work involved.  Without question I know other companies would not have handled the issues encountered as well as Allied did.  For the scope of the project, there was surprisingly very little cleanup involved as well – nothing more than what would be expected when removing a large portion of concrete.  One small example of their integrity was noted during initial demolition, when one of my optical sensors on my garage door was damaged.  After mentioning this to the company, they covered the cost of this repair without question and was insistent on knowing if there were any other issues on account of the project where repairs were needed.  Without hesitation, I would contract again with Allied for any other project within their portfolio of services and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  • Very well. The owner of Colter Reid Enterprises personally vetted and supervised subs for the specialty work. His insistence on quality, timeliness, clean up at the end of the day were top notch. Bath rebuilds are not inexpensive, but material quality and pricing were my choice and he offered options to manage the cost.

  • We were very pleased with the job. They didn't make a big mess and cleaned up everything. They came back and laid sod along the edges of the driveway, so other than the fact that they put in a new driveway, you wouldn't know they had done excavation work on it. He did a great job.

  • These guys are very good at what they do starting with providing cad drawings of the proposed work to be done. They then followed through with HOA to get approval for the project. We made a number of upgrade changes to the basic package quoted and Martin was very willing to make them happen and advise what would get the most bang for the buck. The finished product is a wonderful covered patio that is unique and has drawn much attention from neighbors all over our subdivision and rave reviews from our friends who have enjoyed it with us. Martin told me they would do it right or wouldn't do it, they did it right. He has a very experienced crew of craftsman that take pride in their work and it shows. Extremely pleased with the finished product and with Sullivent Services.
