AI go to the dealer.? My car is leased, so it's part of the service.? There was no cost.? They were good, especially for the price.? They were great; I like them.? Everything was an A. It is a good company for purchasing a car and service. The workers are okay.- Jose N.

AIt took an hour and a half. They are pretty professional. They tended to start, stop, leave go do something else, start, stop, etc. An oil change should take 10-12 minutes. I was the only one there when they started and they had 6 workers there.- Dean B.

We stay with Louetta because we trust them, their diagnostics of problems has been accurate and repairs done well.
We had a power window motor replaced and it failed 18 months later, they replaced it under warranty and it has worked ever
since.

DThis is my second experience with Rancourt. I was very satisfied with the approximately $2,000 of body work done in May of 2011. I worked with Dallas Ragnan who was helpful, experienced, professional and fair.
Fast forward to July 2013. I had our van towed into Rancourt with a dead battery on a Friday. I specifically went to them because of my previous experience. I also needed some body work done and figured I could get both taken care of. I spoke with B.J. and again received professional service from him. A list of items which needed attention were discussed including a quote on some body work. The following Monday he got back to me and began the mechanic work which was finished late Wednesday evening. On Friday afternoon I went to the shop to review the estimate on the body work. After consulting with B.J. and looking at the van we modified the job and went back in to office to have the quote updated. It was adjusted (down) by Dallas Ragnan. He told me and B.J. that it would be 5 to 8 days before the van would be ready. He explained that was the customary amount of time it took. After mentioning that they had had the van for five day he informed me that they were stacked up and my job was a "$1,000 repair." I asked him to try to have it done in five days, mentioning again that the van had been with them for five days already. His response to me was "What is another 8 days?". I asked him to shoot for the following Friday.
After letting his comments soak in I decided not to go ahead with the body work and settled my bill . As I left, I mentioned to B.J. I had already posted my experience on Face Book and was a member of Angie's list. What a shame. A previously satisfied , return customer now has to find a mechanic/body work shop to do business with. Maybe a $1,000 isn't much to Dallas Ragnan who represents Rancourt but my bet is that it will cost them more than a $1,000 in future business.

AThey guy is college educated. He is brilliant. He knows what he is doing. I never had him to have re-repair anything that he worked on, but his prices are not lowest and they are not the highest, but if you ever have any trouble he will fix it right then right there. His dad was the executive vice president of Pennzoil. He built his own aeroplane. I have been using them for 34 years. I would continue to use them.- william y.

AWe have been going to them for years. They have been remarkable. They are very good. They are a small independent shop. The pricing is just a hair higher than other shops but is still within reason. The quality is worth every extra penny. They are very punctual. They work very fast. They have helped us with flooded cars. At one point I broke down and called them. They sent someone to me within minutes to start my car and get it to the shop. They provide transportation to and from the shop when your car is being serviced. We don’t have to make an appointment to get an oil change. They are more personable than the larger shops. We can rely upon the work they perform. If they fixed something and there is an issue with it you can take it right to them and they will correct it at no charge. They stand behind the work they do.- Jan A.

AThey were definitely the cheapest for the type of tires that I was looking for. There was no issue getting an appointment. It took about 30-40 minutes to take off the tires and they installed the new ones. It was a real easy process and the car drives great now.- Mark C.
