  The staff at Skeeter's was very polite and responsive to my call. My car would not start at my daughter's school, just days before Christmas. They responded quickly with a tow to the shop. Considering we were dealing with hectic Holiday times, they were very fast in assessing what repairs were needed. They called me with a quote, which I felt was high, but the work WAS understandably labor intensive. Although I repeated the quoted price several times on the phone with the technician, when I received a copy via fax, there was a $300 discrepancy. I called to inquire why the change in price, the tech insisted that I had misunderstood what he had said. I know it is my word against theirs, but I do feel that I had NOT misunderstood the initial price quoted. That being said, I also feel that they DO perform quality work. My advice is to have them fax or email you a copy of the quote before you proceed with the work, just to be sure.

  My window was scheduled from 4pm-6pm on 8/10/12, and I had to call the previous driver at 6:30pm to refer me to anyone for an updated status.  This was after calling the direct line of Fast Tow Wrecker Service and leaving a message. I realize that I was probably the last pick-up of the day, that things can get behind schedule, etc., but to not have the courtesy to call me (after calling them) an hour past the window to be told they would be an additional 1.5 hours late is inexcusable.  My car was picked up approximately 9pm while readying my 3-year old daughter for bedtime.  Needless to say, much could have been accomplished with the use of my vehicle from 4-9pm, rather than wasting my time stressing on whether the car was actually going to be picked-up.  Especially to leave for the airport at 8am the following day with no alternative. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  On 9/27/10 my car died and was towed to the dealership, the repair was performed and car returned, but on 9/29/10 my car died again and I had to have it towed to the dealership again. Each time the driver Marvin Moore arrived as quickly as possible. He always answers the phone personally (281-413-0651) and has a very large flatbed truck to load your car on. I always demand flatbeds to minimize any chance of towing damage. He is very professional.
