  • I decided to go with Brock's Collision because of positive reviews here on Angie's List. We dealt with Rick Hernandez, a super nice guy. He went out of his way to determine which way would be cheaper for me, repaint existing bumper or purchase a brand new bumper. He determined it was in my best interest to repaint existing bumper and gave me an estimate. I thought about it for a day or two, called him back to set up an appointment, dropped off the Fusion, and had it back in 3 days. Bumper looked good as new. Excellent work. And the final price was the same as the estimate, no hidden costs or surprises. I can trust Brock's and Rick Hernandez to do any future work I may need.

  • I've dealt with many body shops and I measure their service based on timeliness, quality of the work, communication, and price. Nearly every body shop fails the timeliness requirement and usually at least one other category. Brock's exceeded my expectations on all 4 and I would definitely use them again.
The reason I went to Brock's was that somebody decided to run their key down the side of my new car. I still had paper tags on it so I wanted to make sure whoever I took it to would make it look like a new car again. I scanned Angie's list and the feedback was positive so I went by to visit. I wanted them to only paint what needed to be painted so it wouldn't fail the paint thickness test if I trade it in later. They were very thorough on telling me exactly what my options were,  how long it would take, and the price. I handed over the keys on Tuesday evening and they said they would work to get it done on Friday. I would have bet money I wasn't picking it up before Monday based on past experience with other shops. I got a call on Thursday telling me everything was on track and it would be ready between 4-5 on Friday but possibly earlier. I got a call at 2:30 on Friday saying it was ready for pick up so no complaints on the timing or communication. The next test was the quality of the work and I was skeptical about whether I could tell. Even though I knew exactly where to look I couldn't see any signs that it was repainted. The last criteria is price and it was actually cheaper than I was quoted so again no issues.
I worked hard to get that car and it's a good feeling to not have any evidence of that person trying to make a statement with my car. Great work!!

  • The quality of the repairs was excellent but what I would have expected from any professional body shop that has been in business for years. The main problem is that they over-promise on what they can deliver; at least they did in our case. When my wife and I contracted with them and brought the car, they told us the work would take three to four days...12 days later we still did not have our car. They kept telling us that one of the parts had not been delivered, yet they had two weeks notice on what the repairs would be. They could have ordered the parts to have them on hand when the car was dropped off for the repairs. When I brought this to their attention, they tried to shift the blame to my wife for "changing her mind on what the needed repairs were going to be". The missing part was NEVER in question about having to be replaced.

I finally became so frustrated from the inconvenience of not having our car that I paid for the work they had already completed, picked up our car, and told them to contact me when the missing part arrived for completion of the work. Five days after picking up my car they called to tell me the part had finally arrived and to bring it in. I asked how long it would take to install the part and was told "5-10 minutes". I drove to their location and one hour and fifteen minutes later left with the work finally completed!

  • Professional from start to finish.  The estimate was competitive and the time to complete the work reasonable.  Based on that and the excellent reviews on Anglie's List I chose to work with Brocks.  Larry made several calls in hopes of finding after market parts which would have reduced my costs.  He promised the work could be done in just a few days.
A dent on the bumper required replacement of the bumper and  paint was needed to complete the repair.  They did a fabulous job.  The car was ready in just 2 days clean and looking like new.
The day after I brought my car in they followed up with a phone call to update me and give an expected completion time.  As promised the car was ready in 48 hours and looked new again. I would highly recommend this company.

  • I was referred to Caliber for repairs by my insurance company. From the minute I walked in, they treated me as a long lost family member. Eric thoroughly inspected my car and made sure I understood exactly what repairs they would be doing. He reviewed this when I actually dropped off the car and even marked the exact spots for repair while I was there. Originally they estimated the repairs would take 10 days but they actually had my car done in 4 days and it was PERFECT! It looks like its brand new and runs perfectly. Jason, the manager, called me several times to update me on the progress of the repairs and to check on the final job after I had picked up my car. A few days after that I experienced problems with my car starting. I wasn't sure if it was just a bad battery or had something to do with the repairs. When I took it back in, Eric and Bryan took care of me immediately. The problem was just related to a bad battery but they did a temporary fix and then Bryan went out of his way to make sure that I was set up for the best and least expensive solution for replacing the battery. They even offered to come get my car and replace it for me. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the friendly professionalism they offered. I was even more impressed with their commitment to 110% satisfaction. I think I'm actually at about 150% satisfied. I would absolutely recommend Cypress Caliber Collision to anyone needing body work on their car.

  • Estimate was fine, this was for a classic car. Just have not had time to order the parts and get the work scheduled. Have no doubt the work will be done to a very high standard.
